I would just like to start by saying i have never felt the need to give any company a bad review but this is warranted and i feel others need to be warned before giving them your car or money!

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD!

These had my car for 13months.
It went in for a full respray to show standard.

Got it back and its shocking work, dents all over it, loads of areas not sprayed or very little paint in places, filler marks under the paint, panels not straight. I have all the pictures and videos of this.

Brand new parts covered in over spray to the point where they all need sand blasting and re-powder coating, a grands worth of brand new suspension covered.
I asked several times for him to have a look at it which he was to busy but did say he knew of the issues and would rectify when the car was built back up, which is not even possible!
Offered to send a smart repair bloke out to rectify the issues in 1 day which he then cancelled.
I was then advised by themselves that they couldnt get it to where it needed to be and i should take it else where to be completed,
Then said i should bring it back to him after him telling me that, which i declined!!! (who would go back after telling you that and seeing what has bin done in 13 months)

IT NEEDS DOING AGAIN FROM THE START!!!

Explained that i had several professionals look and quote to correct this work and all have stated it needs taking back to bare metal and startng again they will not touch it!

After plenty of messages they agreed to give me my money back in full and then changed there mind when it came to refunding offering me 75% reduction as they believed prior to the paint work the rest is good. (as a gesture of good will)
Uses every excuse under the sun!

Im back to square one!

Trading standards need to look into this company

Excellent repair undertaken. The car is as good as new and you would never know there had been any damage.

Punctual, professional and very precise in the preparation of my wing prior to applying the undercoat. meticulous masking up, my paint 'code' proved to be incorrect, but a phone call to MG solved the problem.
Very satisfied with the finish.

Liam called this afternoon to repair the scuff on my BMW's rear bumper.
He's done a first rate repair and paint job,it looks as good as new again.

Booked in for a machine polish and the results are amazing (dreaded black care as well). These guys fixed the errors of a previous job also. The managed to get out minor scratches so It’s prevented a respray and the car now looks like it’s left the showroom. Highly recommend!

Booked in over Facebook messenger and got in within the same week, day and half later and they were done - replaced panel as per my request and repaired a large scratch in rear quarter - to finish a nice machine polish to set the car off!

Asked for Tims help in repairing front corner bumper and trim on my Range Rover Sport, together with a few wheel scuffs. First impressions count and the service via FB Messenger was excellent and straight forward, and when Kevin arrived in his immaculate van it just signposted quality. The repair itself is incredible, there is literally no evidence of the damage whatsoever, no overspray, perfect colour matching and all cleaned up neatly. Price was very reasonable and exactly what was quoted. Thoroughly recommended and if I need will certainly use Tim & Kevin again by choice. Thanks for a great job!

From getting a quote to having the work completed the whole process was really easy. Tim was really prompt with replies to my initial enquiry and clear on my needs and matching the services they offer. Kevin was the technician that carried out the paint work on my car and the finish is excellent. Superb job. Really pleased. Would recommend. Also while settling up I realised they also do alloy wheel refurb too, I will certainly go back there again when I'm ready as the price seemed really reasonable.

I drove down from Cheshire for Tim to look at a shoddy repair on a newly purchased Q5 door, having previously been impressed by his mobile SMART repair on our rear bumper.
He offered a fair estimate but on starting work on fixing the old repair he discovered extensive door damage and rust. Tim sourced, repainted and replaced the whole door, the job only taking one working day longer than expected. Pictures of progress (and of the extent of the issues with the original repair) kept me up to date with progress - which was great.
I'd recommend Hall Auto Cosmetic Repair for their excellent service and quality work. Will definately make the journey South once again when I need more bodywork looking at.

Tim has sorted my car out twice now. He’s done a great job, cannot tell there was anything wrong. A great friendly guy who doesn’t rip you off. I would definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone.

After looking around and sending emails for prices etc to have work carried out on my car, Tim was the only person to ask to see my car. Once we discussed the work that I wanted doing the price was very reasonable and the best I had been given and there was a little more extra work and a couple of more add ons. So my car was booked in and during the work Tim kept me up to date with what had been done and timescale of the completion. My car looks amazing and if it had just come off the manufacturing line it looks brand new. I had a bonnet respray machine polish and replacement union jacks to the roof side and rear of the car the wing mirrors were also done. I cant thank Tim enough my car looks amazing I just want to drive it around and show it off to everyone
