Very prompt attention and effective dealing with our case. Also expert knowledge in how to make a claim with appropriate forms, it would be very difficult to do this on one's own.

After a long running battle which included multiple rejections of my claim for compensation by a Financial Services body, I finally engaged the services of Hallbrook & Partners, specifically, Mr. Ewan Porter. The diligent case work done by Ewan and his persistence in not accepting the previous rejection cases presented by the Financial Services body resulted in a final successful claim and maximum compensation allowed. A magnificent result and justice was served.

Great company to do business with, totally stress free and very pleasant people to work with. I had thought it would be complicated to make my claim and I would not have done so without the professional help which I received. Hallbrook cold-called me but luckily I listened and quickly realised they might have something to offer. They then emailed more details about a claim they could make on my behalf to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme for compensation for an investment I made nearly 20 years ago based on a published prospectus that contained promises that subsequently proved false and baseless. Hallbrook took a formal statement from me over the phone, added this to legal arguments they had already prepared and submitted a claim on my behalf. The FSCS assessed and agreed compensation within just a few weeks and paid Hallbrook who immediately paid me net of their fee which I had agreed in advance. The whole process was smooth, well explained, and I'm glad I paid attention to that first cold-call.

Handled our claim very professionally, kept informed at every step, explained everything at each stage, greatly appreciated the time and effort it took to get our claim sorted successfully. Once claim was sorted money was in our account in a couple of days.
