I am thrilled this family company went to the most beautiful ends of the earth to provide the best water in the world for those of us who take our water seriously. Water is my luxury skin care. Love the idea that is possible to reach such most natural quality water whenever I need. I am a healer who’s guided others to healing themselves. With budgeting, I only use this water to drink first thing in the morning and at night before bed and on bedside. Water is the most essential part of my inner being. It’s a necessary luxury to give myself the purity and the nature form of love.

Love the taste of Hallstein Water. Would love it too if somehow the bottles could be recycled.
May I please request that an easier method in removing the blue cap. The blue cap is not properly serrated which makes it arduous to remove the cap entirely for my water dispenser which dispenses water from the bottom of the 5 gallon water bottle up to pour.

Thank you for your feedback! We will look into this with the manufacturer. In the process of bottling the forces of pressing the cap make it too weak to seal correctly. That being said, please send us an email with a request for a milled tool that makes the cap easier to take off, without having to use the perforation.

When I turn the corner to my apartment and am greeted by a big, blue box in front of my door, I never fail to smile. Hallstein keeps me healthy, hydrated and happy with its pure and unrivaled taste. The only downside to my Hallstein subscription is the knowledge of what water /could/ taste like when I drink from another source!

I LOVE the water immensely!! I appreciate the excellent service. Received one order separately and the customer service sent me another one. That one came with a soaked box around the box top because clearly the box had been dropped at some point on its journey. They checked with me about the delivery and immediately sent me another box. This one arrived perfect condition!!
