Love the service from halo hair extensions.. from the delivery time to the incredible customer service team who are so helpful in helping you choose the perfect shade. Would definitely recommend. I have the deluxe clips in and the tape ins #2#27 such a perfect mix of dark brown and blonde shade.

the 20" Deluxe Natural Black 1B clip-ins, I was amazed at the quality and easily it blended with my hair. This is my first time using clips and found it so easy to install. I keep getting so many compliments it's unreal, will definitely be making another order. Super fast delivery which is another bonus.

I have the 24” ponytail extension and love it! The colour match is spot on and quality is great too! I have ballyage hair so it’s quite specific and I was SO impressed with this, it matches perfectly! Would recommend you pin it in place though so it holds through the night.

I have had halo hair extensions for many years now buying at least 2/3 halos per year. I have noticed the quality since last year has been awful and the hair just goes frizzy and matter and is not usable/wearable at all! And the shredding is unbelievable clumps of hair falling out everywhere. It’s really disappointing. I don’t believe the hair they use is 100% human hair any more.

When I contacted halo hair and sent pictures of the hair condition and the fact that strands of hair were turning black when styled with my dyson air wrap after only one use they asked me to return my hair for quality control at my own expense.

I am really conscious of my hair so after the first time when they matted and frizzed I stopped using that halo as it made it worse.

I reverted to one of my very older halos that had been well used but had over time go shorter with the need to cut due to hair splitting over time and even now that hair is still in better condition than the new halo purchased in December.

Really disappointing customer service - based on the number or terrible reviews I really think they should consider changing hair suppliers.

The price of the halos have gone up drastically and the quality does not reflect the increase!

I will be looking for alternatives going forward.

I went through the colour match service but unfortunately when I put the extensions in, they didn't match at all. The company refused to refund me, even though I had checked the colour with them first. When I emailed again to ask them to reconsider I was ignored completely.

I’ve purchased several halos throughout the years and have had no issues with matting like I have in the last two purchases!! I bought two within 6 months apart because I thought maybe the first one was just a bad batch, but the second one is just as crappy! Not only have they doubled in price but the quality of hair is crap. $600.00 and it was matting and creeping within one month! Same hair products and oils used with previous halos.

Purchased a 12" halo and whilst the colour match was spot on, the quality unfortunately was not. Does not move or hang like human hair (as it claims to be) and looked very stiff and dry. I washed it as per the instructions and gave it a nice repair mask however it has not made a difference to the quality and I cannot wear it as it just looks fake and wiggy. £100 down the drain....I do not recommend this company.

Do not waste hundreds of pounds of your money!!! I was left I'm tears and 400 pounds out of pocket! I have used hsir extensions for years and recently bought some when toned completely tangled the nanos and the weft was also tangled wish I had a photo to post it took two of my friends and 3 hours and a whole bottle of redken so soft and and bottle of osmos oil which cost over 50 pound to detangle tbe absolute disaster which also happened the day before of my holiday.. never experienced this before your extensions have really went downhill I'm sure some of the hair was actually synthetic now walking around half bald and no money to fix it. Luckily my friend had a synthetic piece to help patch it for time being, better quality than your extensions! Please people do not buy!!!!

Have used Halo hair extensions for years
Bought some and got them put in my hair 4 weeks ago .. after a week the really started shedding badly and falling out .. they had become really dry too ... I always use the same well experienced hair dresser to put bonds in ... I contacted them they asked for pictures and wanted to know what products I used on my hair ... obviously all sulphate free etc . I suggested it was a bad batch.. I purchased another 50 strands to try make this look better ... they emailed me to take them all out and they will look at them !!!! ... worst customer service ever... stay away

Getting a refund is awful there is no communication at all ! Have you noticed only reply when its a good review ! so surprised they are still able to trade !!!

Please do not waste your money like I did I paid £250 and that was £50 off. They didn’t even last 2 weeks without shedding & falling to pieces. I’ve wore weaves and hair extensions for years and never in my life had any matting or itchy hair but this was the itchiest, most cheap hair I’ve ever been encounter with.

I ordered two packs of the 20" Tape-In extensions and had them in on 20/07/23. At first they were luscious, smooth and perfect.

After one wash they became frizzy, matted and bushy my worst nightmare.
At first I thought I was doing something wrong however, I had been following all aftercare advice and realised there’s nothing I can do to help it.

My hair has become unmanageable it’s making me miserable. It’s constantly getting matted, even after brushing it all completely. It has caused so much shedding. I’ve removed some pieces I found matted the most and they have halved in length!!! I assume this will be the fate for the rest of the hair and it’s only been just over a month.

It’s a shame as i expected these to last me at least 6 months as all my other hair usually lasts longer!!
I’m finding it hard to believe this is even human hair. I thought my hair was damaged but gosh! These are awful:( Extremely disappointed.

Worst extensions ever NOT REAL HUNAN HAIR! Hair breaks off when brushed gets matted very quickly waste of money!
