It's the average between the supply (5 stars) and the management of it (3 stars). I had bought a Hammock and a Chair at the end of April, both have arrived quickly (less than 5 days to Italy) and in very very good conditions. It is really a good choice!
I can complain a little bit about the management of my purchase order, because I have never received an order confirmation e-mail and I could not even reach anybody by phone or by e-mail to ask for it... I had started to think that it could be a fraud, when suddenly I have received the shipment.

Incredible service and fantastic product.
Spotted this gorgeous item using a search engine after initially considering buying a wooden swing seat. I imagined it might be more comfortable - it's outstandingly gorgeous - makes you feel weightless!
Ten minutes after sending my order we received a telephone call from the vendor informing us the product I ordered was out of stock, but that he would send us an alternative more expensive one for the same price.
Only two days and later we were enjoying using the item! I've waited longer to receive products from within the UK - this item came from the Netherlands.
I've already shared the website with friends that have seen our pics - they want one too.
Great job HammockGiant and thanks! if only more companies had the same ethics as you.
