Good website with range of options. The recipient follows a plant based lifestyle so happy to see vegan options. Ordering system was easy to follow and delivery was efficient. I am disappointed with the service and poor communication from your service team.
I ordered a 40th pamper pack on Friday 31/1/25 ask to have it delivered on Saturday as your website states weekend deliveries available. I was told not possible as it was not in the metropolitan area. Fine. Requested that it be delivered on the morning of Tuesday 4/2/2025 as this was my friend birthday. I contacted your service team on 10.30 requesting a delivery time. I was told that my order was on board and they would get back to me. After numerous calls that I made( not your team) the pamper box was still not delivered in the morning.
I am very disappointed with the services it was not delivered until 5.29 pm. I paid for the pamper pack and a delivery fee.
