We have a 30-minute grace period after an order is placed to amend delivery options. This is stated in the confirmation email sent at the time of purchase. After this window, once the order has been processed.
When you reached out, I asked for the address the recipient was being discharged to so we could attempt to have the parcel redirected. We were prepared to assist, however we didn’t receive the updated address to proceed.
