Wow what can I say… these guys are serious about gardening and offer a level of excellence I had not anticipated. I booked a 6 hour huge clearance of both my front and back gardens including cutting trees and hedges back, mowing grass, removing weeds and more. The guys worked extremely hard and delivered more than expected, they are indeed true professionals. I have requested the team coke back for regular maintenance of both gardens. The price is very fair, particularly for the labour, I look for to having these guys come to work on my gardens regularly.

Todd from Handy Gardeners came round and did a fantastic job. Cut down the branches of a large tree, which the council refused to undertake. Tidied up. The fee was very reasonable. I have no problem recommending.

Used this gardening service for the first time in October 2023. Their punctual arrival was the first tick in the box. With Tod in the lead the two gardeners worked their socks off for the three hours. Very professional service. Nothing which was asked of them was too much including cutting back a very large tree at the bottom of the garden. They cleared up after the initial work was completed in the time slot they had. As you can imagine the debris was more than expected with the tree felling but they nevertheless managed to get it all away for us at a good price. Will be using them again for follow up work. Well done to them.

Used their services for first time on 27-Sept, 2 gardeners for 3 hours to do back and front garden and could not have been happier. Super efficient and respectful of property left everything clean and tidy and would have no hesitation in using again

Todd did a great job. Punctual, efficient. Double checked before job to ensure plans carried out. Removed all waste as agreed . Would definitely recommend, and plan to use in future

Handy Gardeners did a fantastic job pruning overgrown trees and bushes in our garden. They also collected all the garden waste. Our garden looks great now. I highly recommend Todd and the Handy Gardeners team.

We had a big job of clearing overgrown bushes from both sides of our garden and Handy Gardeners did a great job. Todd was really friendly and professional.
As we had lots of waste they offered the option of removal by van, which saved us money and having to deal with it through another means (which cost was on par). At the end of a long day of cutting in the heat, when I wanted a bit more height removing from a tree it was no problem and they sorted it. They also left everything really tidy.

Todd did a fantastic job in my garden today, he cleared up all the overgrowth from the summer within a couple of hours and the garden looks better than I ever remember it.

Great visit from one of their staff members named Todd, my garden was getting rather over grown and had lost its lustre.

They were in and out and wasted absolutely no time, very professional, had the tools they required and needed nothing other than access will definitely be going back to them for all my gardening needs.

My front garden was overgrown and unmanageable after all the rain we had in July but Todd and his colleague took care of all the weeds and pruning no problem. There was also a climbing trellis plant that had come away from the wall I was worried might need a second visit but surprisingly they were able to replace the trellis then and there! Arrived a little late due to traffic but let me know if the delay so I didn’t mind and they reduced the labour charge as they got the job done in less than the quoted time anyway! Ended up having to pay a little more for extra waste bags to be taken away but worth it overall for the efficiency and quality of service. So relieved not to have to come home to a messy garden anymore - thank you!

They cut a front hedge for me and did a fair job, however, Unfortunately the estimate and price system they use is obviously a way of them claiming huge amounts more from what was originally thought to be a reasonable price. The end price was a total shock… they asked for an additional £360! I was flabbergasted to say the least. They insisted on cash or an advance bank transfer payment (no one pays in advance so there was no choice but to pay by cash!) which meant having to go to the cash point whilst they waited.
I asked the guy on site to reduce the extra waste charges and they agreed but by only £60…. To charge this amount per waste bag is scandalous.
Their response to consider a reduction by Mia was met with defence and refusal referring back to the original estimate and small print. Not very helpful. What these people have failed to realise is that I run a portfolio of over 100 properties which if they had performed adequately they may have had the chance to have considerable further work from me. But now I certainly won’t be using them or recommending them. Very disappointed they were not willing to see it from the customers side.

Terrible experience. Job was completed - and the team removed the garbage (despite my instructions not to). I then asked for garbage removal to be removed from
Invoice (which is overpriced!) - and the team came around and dumped the garbage outside our front door. They even removed it from the bags. It wasn’t even our garden garbage contents - as it contained trees etc. Team appalling in my contact with them - rude / unpleasant and not helpful. Would never use again nor recommend to anyone.

Todd and his colleague were great to work with and did an excellent job. They arrived early ( having checked that was ok) we’re professional, helpful and came with suggestions. They did a good job and then cleaned up. I will definitely ask them back.
