This is the first time I have used Handy Rubbish. I chose them based on their great reviews and they didn't disappoint.
They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, efficient and so quick.
Soon after the job was done I received a call from the office making sure I was happy with the work before they took the payment.
I would definitely recommend Handy Rubbish and will use them again if I need to.

This was the first time I have used Handy Rubbish. I needed them to remove a mixture of wood DIY waste, garden soil and rubble and old roofing sheets. Their quote was the lowest of several I sought. They came at a time of my choosing and did the job quickly and thoroughly. The guys were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Handy Rubbish again based on this experience.

I am a first time client for Handy Rubbish and we had some wardrobes that needed removing and disposing of. The company responded to my e-mail enquiry most efficiently. A price was agreed and payment information given. The removal took place as agreed and all went smoothly. The job was completed within 24 hours of my enquiry! The company were friendly and efficient when quoting by email, and Ben patiently went back and forth with us over a few weeks while we worked out what we wanted to dispose of. Once we were finally ready, Ben arranged a collection for the next working day. On the day itself the lads were running late (6:30-7:30pm) but the office called at 3:30pm to let me know. I was ok with an evening collection and once they arrived with the van, they were friendly and fast. Happy overall, and the price was fine for the service and convenience we received. We had a very good experience.

This was such a simple and efficient process. I made a call and sent images of the rubbish. Got a quote, accepted it and next day all the rubbish was gone.
Staff on the phone and the clearance team were polite and efficient.
I'm clearing out a shed and garage - will be booking them again very soon.

Would highly recommend these guys. Very easy to book and prompt reply.
Two men turned up on the day on time. They were polite and courteous. I had rubbish in the attic and garden sheds. They were clean and tidy. Happy to remove their shoes when inside the house.
They took photos of items to be cleared and got me to check that there was nothing missing from the clearance.
I have now asked them to price up a further job of shed removal for me.
One of my neighbours has also enquired about their services.

I was very sceptical about these "Rubbish Collection" companies, but I had no other choice. I took the plunge and found "Handy Rubbish" online. The lady I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and reassuring. She explained EXACTLY how the system would work. On the day, 2 people turned up with a Luton van. the bought with them some scales, and individually took each bag of bubble and weighed it. The then took pictures of everything and sent it to their "Office". Almost straight away, I got a precise quote, the whole transaction was done within 20 mins, they were tidy and concise, I paid cash on the spot, and received a receipt via email the very next day. I would use them again., and have already recommended them to family members.

Used the company twice in the last week. They came on the Friday to clear my Fathers property. The Luton van was packed well, but probably needed another van in addition, which would have meant it could have all gone on the same day. Nevertheless, another day was booked for the following week, and the same team came.

They were prompt and arrived when they said that they would. Charged exactly what they said they would. On the whole I found the experience very satisfactory. There are firms that might be a little cheaper, but I was very happy with the service I received.

You will have to pay a nominal extra fee for mattress and fridge freezer disposal. Those items need to be recycled and disposed of environmentally, as will containers with paint and similar chemicals.

I know there are some negative reviews, and I have read those concerns, saying that, our experience was good, and I would recommend the firm.

The staff were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with them.

We have over couple years used Handy Rubbish to clear our loft and garage which was carried with great efficiency. With no damage to our property.
Today they cleared 2 sheds with same professional manor, would recommend them for a good clearance job.

Very efficient job completed quickly and all went smoothly

This particular job was quite complicated and labour intensive, having to negotiate lifts, security gates, carparks, basements and top floors (!) but throughout both handymen were friendly, calm, extremely efficient and never once showed anything other than true professionalism. Had a very good experience with Handy Rubbish Collection services, I am clearing a basement flat in Acton, West London, and made tha appointment the day before for an early morning collection. They arrived promptly, made a quick survey and got to work.
The van was clearly identified with their professional logo, and within the alotted time they had hauled all the load up and out to the van.
They made a tough job very easy.
