We always go to Hansons for our electrical goods, always a great service from the staff and good value high end products. This time we were looking for a new kitchen and having shopped around the usual places for kitchens we found Hansons also do these. The range is very good and the quality is top end. The service from Chris, from start to finish was exceptional, with no pressure to buy. I had my own fitter so can't speak for the Hanson fitters, however I can say that the kitchen was delivered to precise timing with nothing missing. From my experience, I highly recommend Hansons for kitchens and all electrical products.

Enormously helpful staff at Hanson Electrical, Willerby Road. All our questions answered, easy online ordering then many thanks to them for allowing us to have our old appliance taken away at a later date as we needed to use it whilst having our kitchen fitted. Highly recommend them!

After some time of trying to get microwave for my now broken Neff microwave Tom at Willerby store did a great job of explaining product & sizing it correctly for us after numerous attempts from on line companies.It fits perfectly into my cupboard.Would highly recommend this company & definitely worth a visit if you’d rather talk to someone rather than on line ordering well done.

Excellent great customer services extremely helpful and rang to thank me for my order also rang me to arrange delivery day and time and delivery was as arranged and on time took the transport brackets out of my washer as i didnt have any tools and were very kind and put items where i requested overall a very good experience will definately buy from them again can highly recommend

Ordered goods online. A phone call from the shop on the following day thanking me for the order and confirming receipt and delivery date.
Delivery driver rang 20 minutes before delivery. Very respectful of property and goods.
Rang the shop the following day and requested the return of one unwanted item. Very helpful staff in the office. Item collected by the driver later that day.

Website good and easy to navigate. Delivery on time and installation of washer and disposal of old carried professionally and cheerfully .

Three years on, our kitchen from Hanson Electrical and Kitchens remains of a very high quality with zero issues. This is thanks in large part to Steve, whose planning was absolutely brilliant. The layout is spot on, and our kitchen works so well. The delivery and fitting went very smoothly, and the store manager, Tom, provided sound advice on appliances by finding the balance between cost and functional while maintaining quality. I highly recommend Hanson if your after a new Kitchen!
