Best hospitality agency ever !

Hap has an amazing reputation as a hospitality staff provider for many reasons. As a staff member the management teams are always on hand to support colleagues, respond to queries quickly and always ensure we know every crucial detail of the clients we are working for.

It's great to have the variety of work available too from corporate dinners, cricket and festivals. Work has never been so much fun.

Zero stars review. Scam to obtain date of birth. Wouldn't trust this place at all.

Zero stars review. A scam to obtain age. Wouldn't trust this place at all, that's illegal under all employment and data protection legislation.

The staff have caused me distress today wouldn't trust the disgusting staff that work here. You don't treat an animal that way. Staff haven’t even looked and read my CV first. Not only that not a surprise if nobody has got any work from this agency. Also not a surprise the UK is in a mess with those two disgusting staff that work at this place.

The advert stated to email as I've got seven years managerial experience so I did. However I looked at the other options regarding registration that it was mandorty for date of birth. So I sent my email as my CV doesn't contain that information. I was then contacted by a Chloe Bush from the recruitment agency to register first without her confirming any information incuding her email not having a professional footer on it with her position, company and contact information that it should have on it. So I'll be reporting it to the government's find a job website. Complaint has gone in about the bullying from Chloe Bush regarding registration as the advert didn't mention any of that for the management position. As a manager I didn't do any of this with customers/client's and staff of the Financial Institutions including Banks that I worked at.

Then received another belittling email from Olivia Unwin stating it must be completed regarding registration. However she is only an assistant not a recruitment consultant with an Avatar as a picture. AI generated.

She didn't explain any information apart from her blackmailing me.

The advert is therefore misleading regarding my details been sent via email as it didn't state that on the government's find a job website on the advert

Not only that my complaint about Chloe Bush hasn't been dealt with.

The law that requires information on the bottom of an email is Companies Act 2006 and the companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations with an an avatar picture. Again didn't have any company information incuding contact number to call.

That's Olivia Unwin job title at the bottom of her email without the company details on it. Staff Support Agent & HR Assistant. Now as a recruitment agency wouldn't be an HR Assistant therefore might be administration.

01616609686 that's the number however it would appear that staff are working from home sending belittling emails. With wrong information on them didn't deal with by complaint especially as it should of the companies information at the bottom of the emails.I know as I've just ben working. Been told wrong information via email.
