BUYER BEWARE
was quoted a 3 day shipping on 12/18/24. The item arrived on 1/14/25. the item is completely unused and unopened and provided photos verifying such.
I have been informed that they only offer store credit.
However, there is a banner across their website that reads that they are no longer accepting any new orders as all items are sold out.
Total scam!! Do not trust this site should they begin selling items again in the future.

Overall the product is as described. It takes a while to arrive, but it is at a discount. Company was very proactive and great communication.

I will update but I have not received the product yet. I have emailed and still waiting for a response. I am now unable to track my order and find the product on Instagram.

This is my update. I did receive the product. It is definitely not the quality of a Dyson. The tool does work, but it will take a long time to use on my long hair. This is something I would gift to a 12 or 13 year-old at best.

The review will not let me post a comment unless I select a star which a star is not deserved. These people rip you off. I got the item, I never opened and told them before it was being shipped that I change my mind and they said I need to wait until I receive the item then I can return it. I returned the item and emailing them back and forth for almost 3 months and they kept saying we will look into it. They received the item and I attached proof of tracking number and proof that they did receive it and yet I did not get a refund for an item that I returned. The last thing they said I can only get store credit but there is nothing else to purchase from that site but the same items I return. I am filing a complain

Do not buy from this company!! Most of the “5star reviews” are bots trying to trap you into buying this worthless pos. This should be a kids toy. Takes 1 month to get it from China (which I didn’t know) comes in a generic box. It’s awful. Wish I could get my money back.

I was skeptical of this company since it seemed to have a lot of click bait advertising. I received my product within about 2 weeks and haven't had any issues with the product yet. The attachments are easy to attach, however I do wish they were a little bit bigger.

So I LOVE trying new beauty products and trends. I really wanted the Dyson airwrap, but refused to pay the ridiculous price tag. I LOVE this product! I actually WANT to do my hair. It is so lightweight, easy to use, AND it adds volume to my hair! Would definitely recommend.

Returned it! garbage, it cot me $20 to return, company gave me a very hard time, don't by from them!!! Scam

Order never received. Has been in transit for 37 days. The support is no longer responding. “Denise” has not answered any of the questions or requests. Just a general generic message. Tracking information is not legitimate. The status would update and say “10 hours from now”. So somehow it was updated from the future or they have their own people in China inputting fake tracking information. USPS has never received anything with the tracking number. I checked. So they're lying.

The website was created in October 2024. So anyones review that shows the experience date earlier than “Sunday 20th, October 2024 10:51 am” is lying. The website didn’t even exist yet. The facebook page says that their managers are in the Netherlands and Philippines. Facebook page created September 2024.

I cannot stress enough how much I have tried to work this out with this “company”.

I have sent an email requesting a refund and heard nothing back.

Report them to the BBB and the FTC.

This is a scam. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Very impressed with how easy it is to use… great option for so much less than the Dyson!

The dryer is super lightweight and nice. Highly recommend it.

The hair dryer works amazing and I can’t wait to try all the attachments! It leaves my hair really shiny and smooth. The hair dryer comes directly from China so takes a bit to receive. However, I received a tracking number right away after ordering. I’m so glad I bought this and would highly recommend!

Shipping was fast. Arrived in good condition. Was more powerful than I expected. I have super think hair and it dried just as fast as my regular hair dryer. Only wish the left and right curing wands were labeled.

I placed my order on December 25, 2024, it supposed to take 5 or 7 business day to my order arrive. Today, January 15, I still not receiving my order. I sent emails and always say the same thing and I have no solution for the issue.

After going back and forth I finally decided to purchase this for my daughter for Christmas. We both tried it hoping it would make our morning hair routine faster, however, we were so disappointed. It left our hair frizzy. I contacted the company and after sending photos and videos, as per their request, they tell me that they can not return it because it was used. If that was the case, and if they were never going to return it, why did I send photos and videos using their hairdryer? It now seems pointless. Also, on the top of their website it says, “ 30-Day Money Back Guarantee” this is a lie. They will not honor this. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service.

Ordered 12/26 and have not received anything! I have sent an email and no response! I have asked for a refund and not received one!

Do not believe anything in the infomercial! There is no customer service number! The only way to contact Co. is by email. After several attempts to resolve my issue of no product received, the company finally agreed to a full refund via email. I have the email! Ordered Nov. 28th, 2024, and it is Jan. 14th, 2025. Happy Curles are the worst!

Extremely long shipping time, not worth the wait at all. Cheap product that doesn't work for thick, curly hair. Emailed asking for a redund...after a week of going back and forth, they were asking for video, pictures, etc was told because it was within the 14 day policy, website says 30 days, refund was accepted just send photos of product and packaging...which I did. I was then told that because I used the hairdryer, which didn't dry my hair at all, the product couldn't be returned...after being told return was ACCEPTED. After weeks of going round and round they won't answer emails, and blocked my email so I can't even contact them anymore!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL REGRET BUYING THIS!!
