Kinda loud when in use. Does not come with instructions on how to use the tools. Have not played around with it much.

So far so good, very easy to work with and leaves my hair the way I want it. Way faster than working with the brush and hairdryer for a blow out effect. I’ll be buying the case and another one for my mom as this will be helpful for her as because her arms get tired when fixing her hair by herself. One interesting fact, I had read that the curls don’t hold but they definitely do hold on for me, considering that I do have lots of hair

I lost money, they don't refund me and I have to pay for shipping because of their incompetence FY

This product is nice and easy to use. I love all the attachments it came with! The color choices are nice as well. The 3 settings for the temperature are a nice touch. Would recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend this set at all. The materials feel extremely cheap, almost like plastic, which is disappointing considering the price. Even the so-called ‘premium case” looks and feels low-quality. On top of that, the shipping process was frustratingly slow—it took forever for it to arrive. Overall, the product does not live up to the expectations or justify the cost. Save your money and look for something better.

This product and company is a scam. Why does it say New York if it’s made in China? Delivery date says 3-5 but it took a month and when it finally arrived it feels so cheap. All these good reviews can’t be real. If you notice all the good reviewers only have 1 review aka bot accounts. SCAM!

Avoid Happy Curls – Misleading Products and Terrible Customer Service

Do not waste your money on Happy Curls hair tools. The shipping is incredibly slow, and the curling wand is completely misrepresented. Despite their advertisements, the curling wand does NOT have an automatic feature to wind your hair, making it tedious and ineffective to use. The product falls far short of its promises and is cheaply made.

When I reached out to request a refund, I was initially told that they would process one to my credit card once I provided photos of the unused product. I complied and sent the photos immediately, but then received no response for over 10 days. When I followed up in the same email chain, they abruptly changed their stance, claiming that because the product was part of a “flash sale,” they could only offer store credit.

At no point during my purchase or in their original communication was I informed that flash sale items were ineligible for a refund. When I called them out on this, they refused to reconsider and insisted on only offering store credit. This lack of transparency and bait-and-switch tactics are completely unacceptable.

This company does not stand behind its products, which are poorly designed and fail to deliver on their claims. Their customer service is unresponsive and dismissive, and their refund policy is deceptive at best.

I urge anyone considering a purchase from Happy Curls to think twice. This is a total scam, and I will never buy from them again. Spend your money elsewhere on a company that values its customers and offers quality products.

Didnt deliver product in a timely manner. 28 days to ship. Ask for a refund but refuse to pay for shipping. Customer service horrible with this company. Buyer beware

Never received my order and it’s been 2 months. The customer service provides fake shipping links. Don’t order this.

This company is a fraud! Purchased the 5-in-1 styler and it took over a month to arrive from China (even though their company says New York). Product was VERY cheap quality, not even metal-all plastic. Doesn’t work either. Curl lasts maybe 5 minutes before they completely fall out since the curler isn’t made of metal but plastic. Contacted for return and they kept offering me a discount to keep it. Said no multiple times, but they only respond once a day in the middle of the night. Every time I email them, their response is that they are getting help from their supervisor and will handle it with urgency in 1-2 days. It has been over a week with no return label or instructions. Save your money!!!! Do not buy from this horrible company.

Product arrived in great shape, is pretty and seems like made with quality materials - and it works great! So worth the wait for several hundred dollars of savings vs the big name version $$$$

It was a gift for my niece and she loved it. I had some issues with the shipping but customer service was really helpful and quick to respond.

I got very poor quality of product from China it not even have logo on the tool, and my hair can get stuck on the bottom while using it, i emailed them about return and get refund,they responded said i can keep it and they only gonna refund 30%, i dont want to go through all shipping returning so i said can you do 50% refund, they said no they will do 40% immediately if im ok with it , i said yes pls refund me asap. But i never get any refund and they stop responding

If I could give negative stars, I would. Was skeptical at best when ordering this and it was junk when it finally arrived. Per their advertising and website, it's a 30-day guarantee return - but they are dicking me around so that eventually we'll get past that date. They offered a 30% and then 50% "discount" to keep the POS, and then I have to pay them to ship it back, which I refuse to do. They load their site with bogus 5-star reviews.

Shipping delayed but a great product. I was starting to worry, reached out to the email and got a response it was on the way and then it showed up. Worth the wait. Works well. Better than I was expecting for the price too!

Not even counting the super slow and unresponsive shipping, once I finally got the product I was very optimistic, it feels VERY light, and doesn’t get even close to the ooriginal, if I could return I would, but they don’t accept returns once you try it, I already put it in my donation pile, it might be inspired on the 5 in 1, but does not compare to them, does not wrap hair, barely blows any air, I feel scammed.

Curl product works great. Shipping was delayed but I’m impressed with the curl/blow dryer
