Loved it cut my get ready time in half

This product took a little while to arrive due to the holiday. The product itself is amazing and works exactly as its intended.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered but the price was right so I took a chance. I’m so glad I did! It works great even on my fine hair.

UPDATE: miracle of miracles, I actually received my hair dryer set. It took 5.5 weeks and several back and forth emails. It also showed as being delivered but didn’t arrive until two days later. Haven’t tried it yet, but this was definitely too stressful to recommend purchasing. If this is legit, I hope they get their act together.

This is an absolute scam.
I placed my order at the end of November and still haven’t received anything.
The tracking info doesn’t work, when I asked for a refund as outlined on their site, they magically sent me tracking info from their own website that stated the product was delivered that day.
I have things delivered to my house almost every day and have NEVER had an issue.

These tools are a game changer especially the curler!

I made a purchase on Dec. 1, 2024 for a Christmas gift. As of today, Jan. 3, 2025, I have yet to receive my item. Every time I check the tracking status, it indicates that the item is in transit but does not specify the location. I reached out to them to express my discontent. After close to a month and Christmas passing, I reached out again to cancel the item. They told me that since the item is in transit, I cannot get a refund. So I guess even if I NEVER receive the item and as long as it’s in transit, I will never get my $70 back. Maybe it will arrive in time for next Christmas. So disgusted with this business. I regret giving them a try.

Such an amazing blow dryer

So it took forever to get to me, and the customer service was not great, but the product I absolutely love.

Amazing item! Buy it!

I bought this in early November for my daughter for Christmas and I didn’t receive it until the 30th of December. The box was torn up pretty bad. My daughter used it and it doesn’t even hold a curl. Very disappointed. She wanted an Airwrap, but there is no way I could pay that much for one. I guess I should have paid that and not had to deal with her being disappointed. I guess it pays to buy the real deal and let it go.

I received my happycurls product very quickly. It's lightweight, easy to use but I need a video tutorial to use. My curls didn't stay long but that could be user error. I still try again with wetter hair.

This is a SCAM. They never sent the product and blocked me on social media. I'm not sure where the reviews came from here but I'm reporting this everywhere I can.

Finally arrived. I want to love it but it absolutely has the power of a toy. It took me so long to dry my hair with this device.

This has been the longest 5 to 7 days in the world and still not found OMG

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. I wanted to make sure it worked so I gave it a shot. It was not up to my expectations. Based on their websites “satisfaction guaranteed” and “30 day money back - free returns” guarantee (both prominently displayed and scrolling across the top of their site I was confident in my purchase. The actual product seemed cheaply made and pulled my hair when I attempted to use it. I immediately contacted customer service and requested a return label to conform with their guidelines. Apparently there is fine print that says it can’t be opened or used or they can’t accept returns. So - how can you tell if you are satisfied if you aren’t able to use it?? And how do hairdressers use the same tools on all their clients without using “unhygienic” practices? I am planning on reporting their false advertising to the Better Business Bureau - as their policy does not comply with their guarantee. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

FAKE REVIEWS. I visited trust pilot 24 hours ago to see the reviews on this product and it was rated 1.4 stars. I come back this morning and there are DOZENS of 5 star reviews, added within the past 12 hours. Disappointed that they’re paying people to write false 5 star reviews.

It works pretty well!! The curls don’t hold well unless you use some product but they come out looking great at first!
