I ordered the 5 in 1 hair styler pro on…
I ordered the 5 in 1 hair styler pro on November 21st and still haven’t received it. I have contacted the company and they said last week that it was in my area and should be delivered within the week. Still nothing. It said 5-7 business days delivery but it’s been 23 business days. The customer service team also said once they ship the package it’s out of their hands and basically I have to wait or try to dispute the charge with my bank. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter but I don’t think I will ever get it. Very disappointed.

I purchased a curler on 11/29 and again…
I purchased a curler on 11/29 and again on 11/30 for my granddaughters for Christmas. On 12/2 I got emails saying they were shipped and again a week later and again, no tracking information and have not to date received a package! Beware of a scam!

I wouldn’t bother ordering this if you actually want it to turn up. I ordered one for a Christmas gift on November 26th and I am still waiting with no delivery information. I have followed up multiple times and am still awaiting a response. Terrible customer service.

Read and Save your money!
I left a one star review, the company emailed me and said they would refund my money and check on the status of my order to verify it was on its way. They said I would get a refund in good faith after I deleted my review here and I would still receive my products. Which I did right after I got that email.
I responded to their email also letting them know I did delete it and I was satisfied with their customer service. We’ll..
It has been over a week now, And I have reached out to regular customer service and the legal team, which sent me the initial email to delete my review here.
To see when I should expect my products and refund. I’m out $86
They even sent me new tracking information and guess what still nothing can be found. I even use the Shop app and they can’t verify any shipping information from the seller.
They asked me to remove my comment saying they are a scam. If that’s not what this is then what is it? It’s a run around at least. -unsatisfied customer
*update @230pm today I received a tracking number for the case and states it’s out for delivery. Nothing for the actual styler and no credit back

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. They will take your money, give you a bogus order# and a text saying your order is on the way. No tracking#. When you follow the link and put in order # it shows no tracking# found and only way to contact them is via email. I've emailed them with no response or help providing a valid tracking information for this order. It has been 13 days since they took our money. Stay far away from this company.

I am very nervous because I recently placed an order and I cannot get a tracking number. I received a notification that there is a problem with the tracking number "syncing properly." This appears to be a scam and I may have to contact my bank and the Better Business Bureau. I will write another review if something changes
