I would give zero stars if possible. This site is a scam. They promise next day shipping and arrival in 5-7 days. They know VERY well that there is zero chance of this timeline being true. It has been 20 days since I placed my order and still no item. Their customer service has repeatedly promised "will arrive in a few more days". They have been saying that for over 2 weeks. The tracking info shows it in China then LA, USA, then China again, then LA again. It's showed updates for 12/26, 27, and 28. Now suddenly the updates from 12/27 and 28 are just gone and latest is 12/26. Never seen any tracking do that before. They are liars and knowingly promising shipping they know they can't uphold and then continue to lie to you via email about it. I don't expect to actually receive anything and I will file a dispute with my card servicer next. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. Save your money and your sanity!

I have had the worst experience with this product. First the box came damaged and then when I opened the box the actual product seemed cheaply made and it was scratched. I immediately contacted customer service and still almost 30 days later, have not been able to get a refund. They want to offer me 30% when their website clearly states a 100% money back guarantee. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The tool is easy to use simple yet efficient. Curling rods work good. Make sure to have your hair 90% dry when using.

It took about 5-6 weeks to arrive, and the tracking link didn’t work, so I thought I’d been scammed (again). Then it was such a light product I was like ok Temu lol. But then I used it and I was cracking up- it’s great. It really is. My husband was in the bathroom and I said ok I have China some more money as u was using the roller- but then it left a beautiful curl- I says wait what???! And I kept going and it kept curling- my hair looked beautiful!! I guess I thought the roller brushes spun which the don’t, just the air blows hot- I said omg I should film a commercial I can’t believe it actually works!! I’ve used used a Dyson so can’t compare, but this works great!

I ordered on December 9th and still haven’t received the product. I received 3 different text messages saying the order would arrive in 5-7 business days. The tracking website has said package in transit for over a week after arriving in the US from Hong Kong but it doesn’t say ETA or where the package is going. Since there is no confirmation of where the package is going, I emailed multiple times over the course of a week asking to verify the address. Every time a “Denise” would respond that my package would arrive shortly, but not answering my question. The website says an email must be sent if a refund is requested, so I sent an email for a refund since the order was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The request was ignored but said my order would arrive soon. I have yet to receive a verified address, return request, or my order(s).

It works amazing! I curled my hair so easily! I am not good at doing my hair but this has made it super easy for me!

I was told delivery in 5-7 days, I waited a month. I was told Ny USA, it came from China. I was told it was on sale and paid $60.00 when you can buy it on Amazon all the time for $30.00. I was told it was Happy Curls Brand but it is unnamed. I was told it worked and it does not. It is cheap and doesn't do what it says it does. So I would like a refund for this order. We will see if they do it.

Prompt and smooth shipping and the product works great and arrived in great condition. It's definitely as advertised.

Ordered on Dec 1st. Tracking just shows in transits but no actual estimated delivery date/location so I’m not ever sure it’s a true tracking #. The email responses just keep telling me to be patient and sorry. I was never informed if delays, they sent a confirmation it shipped on Dec. 6th. It was a Christmas present that still hasn’t come. I’ve requested a full refund.

I still have not received a response from anyone about needing my order number. This company is 100% unresponsive. I've sent happy-curls.com 5-7 emails asking for it, they respond by asking for more information. I gave that information 3 times and still not response. Don't buy this product because you will not be able to return it.

I ordered the item a month ago as a gift. I started receiving emails saying there is a delay in ‘shipping’. I requested a valid tracking number or a cancellation. After multiple attempts I still have no working tracking number and no idea when the product will arrive. Very deceptive practices with still no refund or tracking number. I cancelled the payment on my credit card.

Ordered on December 3, 2024 and still haven’t received order. Tracking provided just says your shipment is in transit. Thanks for waiting. Emailed several times with no response. I received a response from Denise saying she would look into but never heard back. I finally received a refund. It took over a month and it arrived today. I haven’t tried it yet but came in nice packaging.

I finally received my product after two months. I ordered before Thanksgiving and it's Jan 4th. Their shipping is horrible. If you don't mind waiting two months and being led on that it will arrive promptly then go ahead and order from them. The whole thing felt sketchy and I don't understand why they lie about how long it will take. As for the product, I haven't been able to use it because I just received but I will update about it.

I ordered the pink hairstyler and they said they were sending the gold...said I'd receive product in 5-9 days and still nothing (it's been longer than that)

Beware! This is a big SCAM! The other reviews are paid by or employees of this company. The first few days after ordering, I received emails everyday with fake shipping information. I have read other reviews on other sites who have the same complaints. Now emails have stopped and just silence. They have $60 from me but I'm stopping the payment on my credit card amd filing complaints with the BBB.

I receive a text from Linda on the 10th of December saying the Happy curls was on its way and I would receive it in 5 to 7 days. I have not seen a thing. I have text her back numerous times and have never received any response.

I placed an order back on November 29th for two 5 in 1 Hairstyler Pro x1 and still have not received them. When I try to track the packages it says they cannot be found. These are Christmas gifts and I am starting to worry this site is a scam!

I cannot believe I wasted 60$ for a dupe for the Dyson hairstyler!
There was a “one time flash sale” for 2 hours on thanksgiving and I fell for this stupid bait because whenever anyone opens this website there will be some kind of limited one time sale for 2 hours. I ordered their product on the 27th of November and today being 18th of December. I have not received anything yet. But they do guarantee a 5-7 days delivery folks! On the 16th of December I was told that the product is out for delivery after an elaborate hoax of a tracking system. Then they sent me a notification of “there is inadequate address” of the shipping address. Talk about bullshit excuses! I contacted the carrier, my address is clear as day in the order summary yet I got no follow up and whenever I send an email I get the generic “thank you for your patience” garbage in reply! So this an advisory that if you feel like you want to waste 60$ just flush it down the toilet! Because there would be no difference!
P.S-more than 1 month and a week gone with no sign of the order! Contacted the bank for a full refund!
Be CAREFUL because I got 2-3 msgs from fake USPS for “incomplete delivery address” and there will be a request for “lump sum” re-delivery fee to get access to your credit card/bank details. It’s a major scam so please take note.
Lastly-whenever I see a genuine review for this website, in a time period of 10-12 hours many fake positive reviews come up which are sooo obviously payed for and generic and easy to spot!

Absolutely a scam!! I paid never received product tracking number not legit. Then they blocked my email address and would never respond. I filed a FTC report hate scammers

I ordered the 5-1 styler pro and the curl brush. This was 12/4 and 12/5. It was supposed to be shipped and expedited. Neither have been even sent. I requested a refund and to cancel the orders yet no response at all.
