Happy Poppy 

Goods never arrived. Good old EVRI finally admitted losing the goods. HOWEVER despite forwarding several of EVRI's responsse to this lot; they still send out insincere messages asking me to proove it by sending them EVRI's note! I have asked for refund or replacement several times, they say cannot be stopped as " in progress" and that I have "to return item when it arrives!" So I repeat the info that it is lost and receive a message saying apologies for delay (3 weeks now) and that item is "progressing!"

Would neve use this shower ever again.

Still waiting on my order. I honestly don't know why it's taking so long. When trying to track it nothing makes sense. Shipping here and shipping there.its been sent to 15 different stations so far I havent a clue what that means or where they are. I thought it was coming from somewhere in the UK. If I don't get it soon I'll be needing a refund.

I ordered dog blankets on 25th October. Still not even picked up by EVRI 5th November. Clearly the blankets must be coming from abroad.China? This was not made clear when ordering. Navigating their website is a click minefield with spurious and unwanted offers, insurance etc. pleased others find this company ok but I will avoid in future.

The cat scratch box we ordered was delivered a bit late and yep-it’s a Chinese company and the box was made of cardboard. However, they updated us before we chased them. And more importantly, the cats love it. It is close enough to the picture (not the same but not too far off!) and we couldn’t find the same item in the UK. So, not perfect but not terrible. We’d buy from them again but not something expensive. Be sceptical but if you’ve already ordered, don’t panic.

Wow. What a dreadful company. Deliver times were appalling and then when the products finally arrive one of them - the mat with the ball in doesn’t work - the ball lights up but doesn’t roll around inside the mat at all. The company asked for a video and then said that it’s fine. Appalling - don’t waste your money!!!

Make their website appear that it’s in UK. It is not it is in China.
Ordered a cone to stop my dog licking after an abscess. It took so long to arrive the wound is healed.
Ordered a medium for my smallish dog. When the product arrived it wouldn’t fit a Guinea pig.

Do not buy from this company. The website masquerades as a uk company but all goods are coming from china. I purchased a dog bed which was very small and not fit for purpose. Very slow delivery and very disappointed with my order. My small shih tzu is too big for the bed. The returns policy is so complicated and cost to return to china is so expensive that it is not worth paying return costs. Lesson learned in that I will in future spend a bit more and purchase from a company based in the UK.

Truly shocked at how slow and small Happy-Poppy is and I am waiting to return 3 items and they have failed to respond.

Super small best go a few sizes up in the UK.

Waited several days and no one had responded to me.

Dreadfully slow delivery and very disappointed with my order. My very mini dachshund is too big for the bed I ordered. The returns policy is so complicated that I’m just going to bin the bed. Lesson learned in that I will in future spend a bit more and purchase from a company based in the UK. Cannot recommend.

The return address is in China. That is not clear when making a purchase.
When placing an order the delivery is near £3.00. A small, light package to be returned to China is £15. My order costed £20.
I will not have used the website if the return policy was clear and not misleading.

The company is fraudulent - DO NOT BUY!

Awful company! They sent me an item with noticeable black stains, and when I sent them a picture to request a refund, they claimed they couldn’t see the stains. It’s a beige item—it's hard to miss those black marks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! I have now been waiting 6 weeks for my delivery. I have emailed them 3 times for an update and to request my money back which they have still to acknowledge. I can't review the dog jacket I ordered as I have yet to set eyes on it.
I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before ordering as I would have avoided this company. My advice to anyone else would be to shop elsewhere.

I have learnt by mistakes do not buy from this company, poor service goods take ages to arrive or never. If you need to return anything be aware they are ask for the item to be recorded post, the item goes back to china. My item cost me £9.00 and £2.99postage but to return the item cost me £12.85. So out off pocket on the postage just got the cost off goods refunded

I accidentally pressed ‘pay now for something that I did not want. ' I immediately emailed them and asked them to cancel the order and refund the payment. This was at 22.00. Next morning I received an email confirming that the order had been cancelled. The money had been refunded to my credit card account
Reading the really bad reviews I thought that I had lost the money (£40) and was very surprised to get it back.
I don’t want to give false hope about this company but I can’t fault the way they dealt with something that was my error.

A scam company only interested in parting you from your cash, and never mind the safety of your pets or quality of the products.

I wish had checked Trustpilot before ordering from them. The products are terrible. Ordered three (Pouncedrop, Huntsphere and Kittysplash if anyone’s interested).

Pouncedrop was outright dangerous with a metal clasp which my cat caught his claw on within 5 minutes and started screaming as he couldn’t release himself - thank god I was right next to him. Huntsphere is a piece of junk, with a nasty elastic attachment with loose bits. Kittysplash is useable but not worth the money. Everything cost them pennies to produce and when I emailed about a refund for Pouncedrop and reported that it was dangerous they acknowledged me, told me they’d sent it on to another department without addressing my refund request, and are now ghosting me.

Do not buy from these people. Based in China claiming to be a UK company - products not anything like as described. Cost to return is same as the goods themselves. They’ve received my items (courier confirms) now refuse to give a refund. Awful business, awful people. Cheaper to get a new carpet each time my dog dumps on it rather than working with these people for fake grass. Absolutely awful.

Should be minus 1 star, they don’t allow any negative reviews, impossible to return items & the toys are dangerous, they broke 2 of my pets teeth!!!

I normally always check a company out before buying but I was taken in by their very misleading website. I thought I was supporting a UK business but turns out it’s just cheap stuff sent from HK. Took forever for my package to arrive, in two separate deliveries and the first arrived all bashed up and one of the toys wasn’t working. I don’t think it’s a scam as they responded to my issue quickly and refunded me accordingly. But they are very misleading with their site and emails. I’m a conscious consumer and would never have purchased had I known. Toys are very cheaply made too, basically spent £60 on stuff that feels like it came from Temu. Hugely disappointed.

I was sent second hand soiled goods, they expected me to pay the return postage to Hong Kong before a full refund would be issued! Or an offer of 20% discount if I agreed to keep the item! Do not trust this seller who makes it look like they are a U.K. company - they are not. If they were U.K. based then they could be held accountable, they’re obviously well aware of this so will trade as they please! Give a wide berth!
