AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is a scam company that sell damaged and poor quality goods. They refuse to co-operate with you, ask you to complete dangerous actions with their electrical products. They do everything possible to avoid a refund, luckily I paid with paypal and they opended a case and forced them to refund.
This is a dropshipping company that are not U.K based. They are from China and are a scam and fraud company. Never use them

Not a good experience with this company.
I ordered 2 raised dog bowls, when they arrived the legs did not fit in the base, causing them to be wobbly.
Asked for a returns label as they were faulty.
I sent video of the bowl wobbling when touched,
They refused to send a label and said not faulty, which they obviously are.
They were only prepared to offer20% off the price.
Totally dissatisfied with their response.
Will never order anything from them again !!

Avoid Poor quality and NO customer service at all
Purchased the lead that allows 2 dogs to walk on the one lead.
Positive the idea is great - the dogs can walk well, and the leads do untangle with ease.
However, Negatives - the manufacture is cheap, and the leads don't allow for you to pull the dogs in quickly if required. The ribbons are poor weak material. The poo bag container becomes loose and no longer is held within the lead. Only had 6 months old. Customer Service: was to say I was out of the 30 day return policy and therefore could not assist. I replied that was to return if not required but this was faulty and therefore should be replaced, refunded or repaired …no reply. I would therefore NOT recommend buying from this company!!

Third time we have ordered from them, - they are always slow and do not communicate.
This time i chased up my order having waited 5-6 weeks and was told they had tried to deliver but couldnt find us and issued a refund.
My guess is they were never sent in the first place.
Plenty of other UK based Pet Sites which i will use in future

We bought a cat fountain that stopped working after 5 weeks. It transpired that it was because the pump was not of sufficient quality for the product. I assumed that the product was simply faulty, and that it would quickly be sorted by customer service at Happy Poppy again- how wrong I was. There was no interest in resolving the problem , or that the product was not fit for purpose. They will only deal with issues within 30 days, regardless of their product only working for 37 days because of shoddy parts.

Hong Kong based business masquerading as UK based. Items took over two weeks to arrive missing their intended purpose as a gift. Average quality items so two stars, Wouldn't order again.

If giving a review of zero stars was an option, I would have done so!

I ordered what looked like a really cute cat bed from their website - it wasn't particularly cheap (around £20 plus postage and packaging), so we are not talking Temu type of prices (although I have since seen the same cat bed advertised on Temu for £4.50!).

The cat bed arrived vacuum packed, and on opening, not only did it look nothing like the picture - it was really poor quality and cheap, the bed hardly stands in the igloo shape (as shown on the website), the extravagantly fluffy cushion shown on the inside of the bed on the website turned out to be the equivalent of like a duster with no filling whatsoever. On top of all of this, the product smelt disgusting with a chemical smell to it. Overall, not fit for purpose (there is no cat on this planet that would choose to sleep in this bed), and the product that arrived does not accurately reflect the product as shown or described on their website.

Despite various rounds of communication with their "customer services", I was met with nothing but rounds of negotiations on what they were willing to offer for the inconvenience caused, they acted as if I had ordered a product and later changed my mind with no recognition of the reason for returning the product was because it was poor quality, not as described and their website is totally misleading and lures customers in with fake imagery and inaccurate product descriptions. Despite eventually offering me a refund, on going back to them to accept their offer and finally close this matter, they then went back on their offer to only offer a 60% refund.

Please do not be fooled by this company - the products are not fit for use and given the smell of this product, could pose a health risk to your pets.

Hen I queried late delivery. I eventually received the article almost 1 month after delivery only to find it is absolute junk.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a cat scratch lounger on the 20/7/25. Item was dispatched the following day. However I checked the tracking and the item had been sent back to the sender due to “delivery exception” of course I was not notified by the company of this and had to email and wait over a week for a reply. No issues with my address so im unsure as to what the issue was… Asked for a replacement order to be sent out. This took a good 8 days or so to be dispatched. To my surprise I then checked the tracking again and it had been sent back to the sender for a 2nd time!!! I’ve been back and fourth with their so called customer service team and I’m pretty sure it’s just a robot im speaking too as the replies are very generic. I have asked to raise a complaint and I’m still waiting for a response 7 days later. Considering the company have my money but I still don’t have my item is very concerning…. Please do not waste your time or money with this company. And I’m sure getting a refund won’t be easy either!! The reviews speak for themselves. AVOID!!!

I purchase the dual lead for my two french bulldogs less than two months ago thinking it would make ‘walkies’ an easier and pleasant experience, this lead isn’t used frequently due to having a variety of leads which we alternate between. Upon using this lead today for maybe the 5th time, my reactive dog was on a shorter lead and my older one was roaming free whilst still attached. My reactive dog Dottie had pulled on the lead to which the mechanism snapped and she ended up running to the maximum length of the lead nearly catching up to another dog to which wouldn’t of been a sensible situation. I was devastated and disappointed because I had a put a lot of trust into this lead for it to break when pressure was applied. Due to this breaking my older dog could not be attached to a lead as we had no choice but to put the reactive dog onto the other lead so we were able to control her better. An hour or so after this incident I had emailed Happy poppy customer service with my order no and other details to which I received a reply stating that the returns policy is only 30 days and there is nothing more they could do!! no wonder why, they must get this a lot off of customers to which it is presented in the lack of 5* reviews and reduced returns policy…

Avoid at all cost . Item not fit for purpose. Had to accept 20% refund as postage back to China was too expensive!

the most disgusting service. The item purchased was a puppy pouch that arrived a month after it was ordered. Useless. Response to my complaint was very slow and referred me to another email address. When I sent the complaint to that email address, I was again re-directed to another email address, all of which then fell outside the timeframe allowed by Paypal to resolve the problem - my request for a refund. Disgusted. I will NEVER, ever trust this company.

The twist feeder is small and made of very soft material, when my labrador put pressure on it it flexed and the screw on top popped off enabling the frozen chew to be eaten quickly or possibly whole. If a big dog played with the top it could get stuck in it's throat. If you want a feeder like this buy one by WOOF theirs come in 3 sizes are made of solid material and don't flex. Yes they cost more but they are safe, last more than once and won't need replacing any time soon.
They offered you 20% refund to keep it rather than return and although I've accepted this, as yet ,I haven't received it. OR you can return it to China at your own cost fir a full refund if they deem you have fulfilled their many demands in order to do so. Basically you've lost your money and have a product that MAY be suitable for a very small breed of dog but not a dog that can pick it up in its mouth.

Communication was good, I knew when my product would arrive, which was shortly after purchase. My dog loves the snuffle crisps toy and has kept him engaged for ages, which makes a change from other 'interactive toys'.

The ordering process was easy but there is no inkling that what you order is actually shipped from China. 19 days in and still no delivery. What I am getting is multiple emails apologising for the delay and offering money off the next purchase as compensation. Before I've received the current purchase! I would NEVER order from this company again as waiting for and tracking the order is beyond frustrating, as are the multiple emails I continue to receive apologising for the delay but which don't say when it will actually be delivered. Avoid this company if you value your blood pressure!!
Update: still nothing and no information from either Happy Poppy or Evri where my item is. Just more emails ignoring my request for a refund but offering money off my next purchase and telling me to follow up with Evri, despite that being their job. Absolute nightmare of a company. Avoid and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Well to start with you need to be honest when describing a product. I bought a cool mat for my dog. It was inflatable, which was ridiculous. Nothing cooling about it! Took ages for it to arrive. I will not be purchasing any more rubbish from this company whoever they claim to be!

The items are shipped from China. The website makes you think it is a UK company, but it is just like Temu: poor quality products and insanely long delivery time.
Waste of time and money.

Rachel g has the most awful customer service. I bought a water pet mat for my cat. Within a few days the whole mat had leaked all over my flooring (damaging it). Rachel would not understand the issue. She refused to provide a refund citing I was outside the refund policy but didn’t understand that her item was faulty. Feels like fake unsafe goods. I’m in the process of bringing a claim via my bank for a refund. Absolutely disgusted. Please don’t waste your money on these items. They are not safe for your pets.

Scam. There web site is misleading. They are a Chinese Company importing the goods. I’ve had various messages
all with misleading information and promises of delivery. Supposedly automated messages, yet replied to with the same excuses “in our delivery timeframe” Dread to think what the goods will be like if they ever arrive. Bank will be notified as I asked for a refund and this was declined.

I was to get my order on Saturday that never happened.i phoned and spoke to someone who told me she would look into it. We are now on Monday still nothing has came.
