I was signed up to this without my knowledge. After a few attempts to resolve and being ignored, my query was picked up by Jas who was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly, submitting a refund.
I'm waiting to see if this refund arrives still but was pleased that someone actually paid attention and got it sorted.
The rating is the middle ground - gray review for Jas, very bad service otherwise from the company

I bought stereo spiker on some page. At least I thought so. However, I was very surprised that instead of speaker I got - membership to happybagbuys.com. And after 3 more days they tried to again charge my card for the 'membership'. Why would anybody want to pay membership every few days for this page!?!?!? That would be hundreds of EUROs in a month.
On claim that I want my money back they blackmailed me to write 4 or 5 star review on Trustpilot. A customer service agent (Escalation Team Supervisor Paula) ask me to write her name and that I am very happy with her service. So all reviews mentioning customer service agents names with 4 or 5 stares ratings are actually fake and are written because people were blackmailed to write it if they want they money back. It's very questionable if they really got the money back.
