A satisfied customer.
The Happy drain man was polite and informed me about my drain being connected to my neighbours drain which was blocked , and blocked my drain.
He was efficient in unblocking both drains.
He advised what to do next time drain is locked.
I was pleased with the work carried out.

Poor final paperwork.
The score was lower than 5 stars because your report on the work completed was confusing. The report appeared to be an internal work in progress scheduleIt did not say that it was a final report for completed and paid work. Nor did it appear to be a VAT invoice.

Service is great, however online form did not work did not register my request for an engineer to come out. When I called, it was then prioritised.
