Easy to deal with and very knowledgeable - highly recommended
Chris was recommended to help with the re-scheduling of an existing Equity Release loan to a new, lower rate.
Dealing with Chris has been fantastic, he has first-class communication and interpersonal skills - he kept us advised all the way through and he found a great deal for the new loan. There is a lot of regulation and paperwork involved in Equity Release, but Chris was able to take us through it so that it was as straightforward as possible, all the time putting himself in our shoes. Because he was so good to deal with, the transaction went through in under two months from the date of our first meeting.
He has a natural, empathetic approach whilst clearly knowing his subject, with excellent access to the ER market to get the most appropriate deal for us.
I'm delighted to recommend Chris for anyone looking to investigate Equity Release.
