Bought some Stance socks which were a bit pricey but well worth the money as they are v comfy. Socks arrived well quick so would def use Hardcloud again.

Awesome choice of cool and hardy brands, never had a problem ordering or recieving my purchases. Good website, easy to navigate with a good array of products.

Good all round service

I've ordered from these guys a few times now. Orders always arrive quickly and I've been really happy with everything I've bought. On the one occasion that there was a problem (I received a faulty pair of flip flops), the person at the end of the phone was on the ball and sorted it without any hassle. Whenever I've shopped elsewhere for similar gear I've had serious hassle so I always stick with these guys now.

The gentleman who took my order was extremely helpful. the package arrived very promptly, extremely well packaged.

Had to order from another company as failed to deliver before my holiday (twice). You need a new courier. Interlink are pathetic.

They sent me a pair of shoes running a larger size, sent them back and got no refund for return postage and very rude customer service. Would not buy here again. Last thoughts save your money for a better store who is worthy.

Don't get me wrong, I like Hard Cloud and will continue to shop with them, they have a decent range and deliver quickly. However their offers are often misleading, confusing and disappointing - The current offer is advertised everywhere simply as 20% off everything... However it's really not everything, it's everything that has no discount applied to it already. This would be fine and probably understandable if they didn't want to further discount a sale item that was already 40% off - But even if a product has a tiny 2-5% discount (which a lot do) it removes it from eligibility from the 20% code, which sucks plain and simple and seems like little more than a ploy to get around offering the bigger discount on products they'd sooner not reduce. Again this would probably be acceptable if the offer wasn't titled '20% off everything'... it's really not 20% off everything at all...

Very positive experience with Hardcloud, made at least 10 orders now, all of which were shipped promptly, well packaged and correct.
Had a small issue with the order which required a return, postage was covered, replacement item was shipped very quickly to me.

Contacted the support because something I bought had an obvious material defect. They asked me to send pictures of the product which I did. Then suddenly they told me that the guarantee time has expired and I did not hear a word from them again after trying to get in touch with them again.
Why they asked me to send pictures in that case anyway? They saw when I ordered the goods. Very bad customer support and poor qualitiy products...never again!!!

Item sent to me was wrong size. I have payed for item + delivery costs. Asked for a full refund including postage but was offered to return item at my own cost, they didn't accept the mistake was theirs.
Ended up paying for return costs too and without the item i needed.
Not recommended.
