I got my order after 7 weeks
I placed an order on Jan. 6th and received on Feb. 23th, which is 7 weeks (35 workdays). I lived in Munich and ordered in hardloop.de. Just telling the truth with the following timeline:
1. Jan. 6: Order Created
2. Jan. 18: Zero progress. I recognized that the website shows duplicated order with same timestamp, so I send a query.
3. Jan. 19: Customer support replied that the duplicated order had been cancelled and remaining order was shipped.
4. Jan. 19: Another notification from customer support said that one of the ordering items are not able to deliver and then they will proceed partial refund
5. Jan. 25: No refund proceed. Further contacting the customer support.
6. Jan 26: Hardloop customer support said that all ordering items are shipped, so no refund needed. The delivery request was placed on 21st, which is 15 days after order creation.
7. Jan. 26: Parcel not loaded for delivery following a capacity problem
8: Jan. 27: The package is returned to the sender because of wrong address. However, I am using the website DPD packstation selector which I did not type any address but select the packstation they listed
9. Feb. 9: Hardloop customer support confirmed that they received the returned package.
10. Feb. 19: Notification: Shipment in preparation to be shipped. Hardloop spent 10 days to re-ship my parcel.
11. Feb. 23: Received
The star is only for customer support team. They promptly answered my questions. Otherwise, I think they need to improve their logistics.
