Harkel Reviews 

I've ordered in the past and things arrived fine but this time they've not sent anything that I ordered a week ago, even though I paid for 1-2 day delivery. Lots of other people have had this happen, now the website is down and they aren't replying to emails, Facebook or Instagram. I'm furious. I have no idea what's happened to them.

Placed an order over a week ago, received a confirmation immediately but nothing since. Have sent an email and messaged them on Facebook but had no response. Website is down as well as their Twitter account. Interesting enough they are still sending out marketing emails! Really poor.

Placed an order on Sunday but haven't received it yet. Had a confirmation of order but no confirmation that the order has been shipped. The money has come out of my account so I am very worried. The website is down and there are no contact details anywhere. I've emailed and even Facebook messaged them but as yet no response.
Not great.

I made an order 6 days ago. I have not received any details from harkel apart from an order conformation. I would have expected to have had some notification of dispatch by now. I have tried emailing and as yet I have not had a response, the website is currently down so not sure whether there is another way to contact customer service.
Seems very suspicious.

There were complications with my order due to VAT changes into Ireland, & Katie at Harkel was so wonderful to deal with: helpful, professional, & just a joy to encounter.

Cheap and nasty tee arrived, thin and lacking any label apart from ‘XL’.
Looks like a cheap nasty Chinese knock off. No returns option, just chucked in a parcel envelope and mailed.
Disappointing.

I had come across harkel online and had been after some new t-shirts but all the high street websites were just full of dull and unexciting designs. So i decided to treat myself to a few t-shirts from harkel after being really unwell for over a week now with chickenpox (I needed to cheer myself up!) and I have to say I'm so happy with them, they're such lovely quality and beautiful designs, plus they were in the sale which was even better, I just got them in time as they've gone back up now! I was unsure whether to go for a 12 or 14 and after messaging your team suggesting I go up a size if I want them loose, this is what I did and it was the right decision as they fit fine. Will be ordering more from you in the future. I was just a bit disappointed that there were no sweatshirts in a size 14 so I will be back for one of these. Delivery was ever so quick after just a few days. Thank you!

Just received my order of my three kitty t-shirts. I absolutely LOVE them. Wearing Kitty Kong today, I was stopped twice by people asking where they were from, how fabulous! I’ve ordered from you previously and bought dresses, jumpers, T-shirt’s. The quality of everything is excellent, as is your customer service. I just wanted to say well done and I can’t wait to show of the rest of my new purchases. ❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Seriously fast service! Ordered on Tuesday and here on Thursday. The t-shirts are a really good fit and feel nice too. So many cute designs that I had a hard time narrowing them down to just two but I suppose that means that I’ll have to come back - which I will!

I can’t comment on customer service as I had no issues whatsoever with my order but I just want to say that whomever is doing the packing of the orders that you are doing great :)

Edit: it was resolved shortly after I got a response I got from here, got it 2 days after, although a week late in all. Shame I felt I had to write a review on here to get it sorted as previous emails ran me in circles but atleast it was sorted in the end!

I placed my order last friday and they indicated it would be dispatched the next working day (monday), on wednesday I emailed asking for claification and gotten a reponse saying it will be dispatched later that day (friday) a week later and I still havent gotten a dispatch email or shpping info. Also the email they give on the order confirmations for help is a no reply email.

Ordered some t-shirts in the sale and they're really lovely, I love the unique designs and the fact that they're all organic :) the t-shirts are really nice and soft, the print on them is excellent and they wash really well. I contacted their customer service as I had an issue and received a really quick and lovely reply from Ellen who solved my issue, thank you so much! I'll definitely look to Harkel for my future quirky clothing purchases!

Love the clothing! So 5 stars for the clothes. But! They put the original total on the package! Not the one after discount, so I had to pay more in taxes and fees than I paid in total. I paid 52,16 euro in total for a 47,60 euro package, because they charged me with taxes for a package of 119 euro...

It is so refreshing to see clothing store that has such cute clothing and a variety of sizes. I ordered from them in summer and can’t wait to order from them again.

Beautiful items. Bought a couple of skirts which I am so pleased with. Have designs I have never seen before and are really good quality. Delivery was really quick. Would definitely buy from them again. Lovely to see something fresh online.

Very impressed with this company. Originally found their website as a Facebook ad and loved the photos so decided to give them a try.

I picked a good time to make an order as they were having a sale. The clothing selection is amazing. I really struggle to find cute dresses online, especially in bold bright patterns, but there is so much variety to choose from.

I ordered on Tuesday, and by Thursday my dresses were in my hands. They were beautifully packed too in a stunning sturdy star covered box. I hate to get rid of it as it's just so nice.

The dresses themselves are high quality and feel wonderful on! Most of them are lined inside so there is no need for a petticoat. I am completely in love with the cut and designs of the dresses.

Couldn't recommend them enough! I'll be keeping an eye on the website.

The garment I received from this company was absolutely beautiful. There's no question the clothes are stunning.

I'm writing for the benefit of other Canadians, so they might be aware of what the experience to order is like.

the flat rate shipping to Canada is $30 which I truly don't understand. It was stated I would receive my item within 2-7 business days, and it took over a MONTH to receive my dress. I understand that that in these newer times shipping delays can occur, and perhaps they should update that on their website or in emails. (or offer different shipping options, because at $30 id expect to get my article within that time frame).

When my item arrived in Canada I was expected to pay $42 in duty, even though my dress was only $30.

Overall the dress is lovely, and the shipping costs, delays and extra duty charged to me with no option to pay in advance through harkel, I don't think I can purchase from here again. Many other UK brands promise no duty, which means I'll be leaning towards them. It's a complete shame because the dress is so pretty, and not worth the extra fees.

Amazing company! High quality and unique clothes and their packaging is absolutely beautiful. The sales they have are exceptional value too. It is difficult to find clothes that are more unique and quirky in most high street stores so I absolutely LOVE the wide range of options Harkel offers. Keep it up guys and don't ever change your packaging please - it is beautiful and environmentally friendly!

What can I say except AMAZING!! Smooth and simple transaction, the quality of the items is off the chart. Even the box the clothes came in was quality (my cat stole it and hasn't shredded it). My last item was a dress in the sale, its gorgeousand soft, and that came packed very nicely. I've fallen in love with Harkle. Just a lovely company.

After a massive hassle with Hermes not delivering my parcel, the customer service team at Harkel were brilliant. All issues sorted swiftly with no quarrel.

I love their designs and they hold frequent offers too, which is very handy!
