Harkel Reviews 

I ordered from Harkle at the end of September. This was my second orser from the company. I had an issue with my first order and my item was damaged after the first wear, I contacted them at the time but didn't receive a reply. After ordering a second time I didn't receive my order 5 working days after it had been shipped. So I emailed Harkle customer services. The lady I spoke to called Ellen was very helpful. She apologised and said my original email had come through blank about my damaged item. She quickly refunded this in full. She then investigated my current order by contacting the delivery firm and kept me updated step by step with what was happening. In the end she resent my order again with next day delivery yesterday and it arrived today. I ordered a lovely and cute dress which fits perfectly. She was brilliant at sorting things out and very efficient with her responses. I was a little disappointed with Harkle before I spoke to Ellen but since she has sorted this out so we'll for me I will be using them again.

From other reviews I would agree that the sizing seems on the small side. I measured my waist and should have fit in a 14 skirt, but a 14 was very tight with no give. But returning was free and easy and I received a refund roughly within the time they state. I also had a technical issue with one of the skirts after I ordered a bigger size, but customer service was good and they sorted it quickly. As I really like the unique styles, and the pricing isn't bad, I will probably order again.

Came quickly in lovely packaging. Slight issue with length of time for return, which was dealt with promptly by Customer Service. The measure of online companies is how they deal with these issues, so wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys : )

Stellar service from Harkel and especially their customer service advisor Yaz. I ordered a parcel which was never delivered (Hermes being a failure again) and Yaz made sure to investigate with Hermes, kept me informed and kindly sent me a replacement item. The quality of their clothes is lovely, bright and funky designs, I will definitely order from them again.

Placed order late on Saturday night after I saw an ad on Facebook, parcel delivered on Monday morning! Great products, lovely fabric and patterns, only bad thing was the sizing on skirts, I ordered a 16 and a 14 and they were the same size when I put them together. Would definitely recommend sizing up if you order skirts but don’t let it put you off as everything else was amazing!

I kept seeing their ad on Instagram so I decided to have a look and I am glad i did! The dresses are lovely and the delivery was so fast! I love that you can recycle the bags as well.

I purchased two items, a pink long sleeved length top with white bows on it and a red “fit and flirt” button dress. I checked the size guide before I bought anything, and measured myself to make sure I got an accurate fit. I had to return both of them. The top was made from this weird stretchy material that I would normally associate with sportswear, and because of this it heavily distorted the pattern over the chest and was partially see-through. It was also a dusky pink rather than the cute, bubblegum pink I was expecting. The image on the website also implies that this top reaches the hips. It was just past my belly button, and was worse when I lifted my arms up to take it off (I am 5’8).
The dress was also a lot darker in reality compared to the screen. The button pattern was also a yellow/cream colour instead of white like I was expecting. Despite me measuring myself, I couldn’t get it on. It wouldn’t go past my shoulders or over my hips. The stitching on the waist had no give in it at all. I am so so disappointed. I submitted a review on the website, but clearly only 5 star reviews make the cut... Just not what I was expecting. I think a lot of photoshop has been used on the pictures! It’s such a shame because had they looked like the pictures, used nicer material, and fitted better, this may have been a new favourite brand for me. Oh well.

I ordered two dresses and a skirt. They are really lovely, nice materials and good fit. The zip was broken on one of the dresses but I had a reply to my email within 15mins of sending it. Excellent service, would definitely shop again.

I took advantage of the sales they recently got to finally buy the beautiful and original dresses and skirt I have been looking at for so long. There was free shipping and return so there would be less risk to order online if it wouldn't fit. At the end I didn't have anything to return and kept everything I bought. The clothes are very well designed, comfortable and fit perfectly. That's very good value for the price I paid. I will gladly by again in the future.

Really pleased with my order from Harkel. Particularly love the jumpers and knitted dresses. There were a few items which didn't suit me but it was easy to return them (and have 90 days to do so). I emailed customer service to check some details and they were super helpful and informative (many thanks Yaz!).

Good customer service but unfortunately the sizing of the clothing is way off and would need to go at least 2 sizes bigger to get them to fit 😐

The items I ordered were absolutely lovely, and even when one of them didn't fit and had to be returned before I purchased a better size, the staff were really helpful and responsive! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends :)

My first time ordering from Harkel and the customer service from Yaz was fantastic! I ordered a dress which went missing, but Harkel reached out to me as they located the parcel and with Yaz’s quick responses, I was able to retrieve the parcel. The dress had a faulty zip so I messaged Yaz back and another dress was sent the next day, so I received the new dress 2 days after emailing. Yaz was super helpful and friendly and made my first experience with them a great one! Will be ordering from Harkel again!

Great clothes, great people, cute box!

The clothes are just my style, fit really well and were delivered swiftly in a sturdy Harkel box. I had some issues with the buy now pay later option (totally user error), and had some trouble getting it sorted with Klarna, but Harkel were great - I felt like they really cared about me and they did everything they could to help resolve the issue - I'll definitely order again.

Love love love my 1st order which was the eyelash Aurora red sweater. It's my favourite top in my wardrobe. The colours really pop and is very complimenting on my figure. The quality is so soft. Easy to navigate website and speedy delivery including a complimentary 10% off discount on my next purchase which I will definitely be using. Highly recommended and top was true to size. I have my eye on a few more tops. Wish Harkel would do a few more below the knees skirts though.

Fantastic quality and service - is never used them before but I am so impressed and will definitely buy from Harkel again
