I ordered a Pinafore dress and it was delivered to someone in an entirely different state. However, once I contacted the Harkel help team, I was greeted with two very kind and helpful representatives. They were very attentive and gave me answers within only a couple of days. They went beyond my expectations in terms of customer service and I received my package on time; one day early, in fact! I commend the Harkel team and I will be ordering from them again :).

Just bought my first dress from this company . As I was unsure on sizing I emailed customer services and got a prompt reply. Ordered the dress on Wednesday and it came on Friday. The fit is spot in and material is excellent quality. Thank you. Will definitely be buying again

I bought the best jumpsuit from Harkle. I also spoke to them on social media and they were great!

Great dress fits perfectly but the belt that has come with the item should fit someone alot smaller than me, so that's not to great

My cat is also made up with the box the clothes comes in, she sleeps in it every day

I've bought quite a few pieces from Harkel, and they are all gorgeous and fantastic quality. Unfortunatly I had to return one item due to size, but the returns process is super simple, and their customer service is top notch. Overall, I highly recommend!!

Got my package from the UK to Texas relatively quickly(about 8 days) and the dresses and skirt are lovely!
The customer service was also great, I had forgotten to add the "HAPPY" 30% off discount code when I had first ordered, and they refunded me what would have been discounted right away when I asked if I could redo my order! ^_^

This was my first purchase from Harkel and it definitely will not be my last!. Super speedy dispatch and I love the dress I bought. It's very flattering and completely my style. The dress fit me perfectly and was true to size. I wear a 16 and it's nice to find non-frumpy trendy clothes in a plus size. Well done Harkel, u rocked my world. Thankyou!.

I love the dress. It's very flattering and well made. Great colour too. - The only issue I have is that the arms of the dress don't allow you to raise your arms above chest height so feels a little restrictive.

The clothes are great quality and the designs have a vintage style. They have some really unique pieces and often have a money off code.

Really happy with my items and great service from Harkel. When I ordered at first my payment didn't go through and then I ended up ordering double - I was able to cancel the double through email really easily and with quick responses from Harkel. When I received my items it turned out the warehouse had swapped one of the dresses for the wrong color which was disappointing but at least I was able to get a refund superquickly :) the clothes themselves are really nice quality and true to size, superhappy with them!
