One item was missing from the parcel
One item was missing from the parcel. Unfortunately it was no longer available but once I contacted Harkel I got a refund quickly. Very happy with the other items I ordered!

Amazing service
Amazing service! Prices are a bit high but there's regular sales. There was an issue with confirmation with my order so got in touch with customer service. The lady who responded was quick and so friendly, not just a copy and pasted message. She even emailed later to confirm I had received all of the emails after fixing it, which she didn't have to. The dress I ordered is lovely quality and has got me some amazing compliments! Will absolutely be returning to buy again.

Had issues with the website taking my…
Had issues with the website taking my money but not giving me a confirmation receipt so I didn't know if my order had gone through. I emailed and within a few hours the lovely Brooke came back to me and confirmed receipt of the order and even said it would be with me the next day, which it was! The service was great and the dress is beautiful.

Amazing service. I had the slightest defect in an item I ordered and immediately got provided with excellent customer service, especially Brooke who is extremely kind and patient! Clothes are of amazing quality and the delivery is fast, I ordered from the Netherlands and got my delivery within a few days! Would definitely recommend.

5 star service
Found the customer service to be brilliant. There was a slight technical issue with my online order, however upon emailing them I was given 5 star service; fixing the issues and within a day of confirming my ordering received it. Excellent! Thank you team and thank you Brooke, who dealt with me.
Clothes are beautiful and fit perfectly too. Definitly will be ordering again!!

Wish I could give more than 5*
I originally messaged the company on social media as I couldn't find one of the skirts advertised. They replied within hours telling me it was out of stock but they were due to have some in, in a few weeks. A few weeks later, they actually bothered to message directly to let me know it was back in stock! The item is exactly as described if not better, and delivery was excellent. I will be using again for sure!

Great company! My order arrived quickly and the product is really good quality - I love it! I wasn't able to add a discount code at checkout so spoke to customer service on live chat and everything was sorted within minutes. Will definitely be ordering again :)
