Love your quirky clothes. Great designs, good value and fab colours!! I am a personal stylist so it is important to look good. I will happily recommend Harkel Clothing to my style clients without hesitation.

Purchased a dress for £53 3 weeks ago.. Whilst I was at work I received a notification that it had been delivered and signed for at my address by Hermes.. When I knew there was no one home. I checked my ring doorbell and the courier had signed for it himself and left it on my doorstep. 8 hours later when I got home from work it was gone.. Tried to get through to Harkel on the phone number that is hidden on their website.. Waited 15 minutes each time then got cut off. Webchat service unavailable. Used the messaging service that didn't work. Last resort was to post on their Facebook page.. They ignored me and responded to posts either side of mine so I knew they had seen it. It wasn't until I mentioned trading standards they responded to tell me someone would message..Guess what.. No one did. When I asked 3 days later why they hadnt messaged they said they thought it was sorted... 🙈. Today I get an email asking what the issue is. 3 weeks down the line they still have my money and I don't have a dress. I've never known a company to have such bad service. I've now contacted Klarna to stop payments AVOID AT ALL COSTS.!! They don't really care!

Update.. Harkel have now advised that the courier left the package due to distancing rules.. Even though he rang the doorbell! So expect your package to be signed for by the courier and left on your doorstep to be taken.. And then try and get in touch with them.

You will notice that all of the glowing 5 star reviews on here are not from people with verified purchases.. So they are probably staff. 😂

After seeing their adverts on social media I made an order of £200. The items weren’t right and so I returned them on the 1st March. It is now the 20th March and I have had no refund. Harkel have advised they have not received my parcel back despite Hermes saying otherwise.

Harkel have refused any refund and I am £200 down.

AVOID!

Edit: 28th April, still no refund. Hermes have now admitted fault and asked you to claim from them and you are refusing to do so and in turn refusing to honour my due refund. WORST ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’ of all time.


Edit: In response to your reply, you have done nothing to assist. I have returned my order of £204 and your response has been sorry we haven’t received it. You have not helped in any way. I have lost £204 and Harkel could not care less. You clearly do not care for your customers and I can only hope this review and word of mouth spreads about your lack of customer care.

After taking my case to small claims court, 5 months after returning my order, I will finally be receiving my refund. Harkel have done absolutely nothing in the way of customer service and I will never shop with them again.

PLEASE SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH A COMPANY THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP WHEN THINGS GO WRONG

I absolutely love Harkel. Their clothes are amazing, beautiful, quirky, well made, high quality and when you buy in the sale, an absolute bargain! Beautiful packaging, good customer service, delivery within a few days. My new favourite clothes supplier!

Really fast delivery, unique clothing, excellent customer service. Literally cannot ask for anything more. I've ordered twice from Harkel. Was apprehensive at first but didn't need to be as everything about the purchase went smoothly. Delivered in a nice box with stars on it made me smile. A fantastic company selling great quality (and very different) clothes. Items arrive quickly and packaged very well. Communication is 100% during whole buying/delivering process and customer services replied to me promptly and were very helpful.

Dress was ordered on Sunday and arrived the next day! It is a lovely quality piece, clearly looks like care has been taken to consider details and fit, which is rare nowadays! Fabric and style are lovely, and it looks really nice on. Would definitely recommend!

I bought 2 sizes and returned 1 for a refund which was processed quickly. Their sizing is true to size.
