Love the dress and lobster jumper I ordered, great quality and fab delivery.
one of the items wasn’t so good for my shape so I have returned it.
I am awaiting a refund but realised I hadn’t added the correct dispatch note in with the returned clothing.
I emailed the harkel team and am very impressed with the professional and helpful response.
I had a Very quick email reply when I had a couple of questions.
Brooke responded very quickly, Efficiently and in a really helpful and friendly manner.

Great customer service and super cute clothes
Slight issue with ordering (technical problems), they contacted me first thing next day and I had my delivery the following day! Amazing customer service - super friendly and helpful. Dresses were super cute, fitted really well and great quality!😊

Brilliant quality
Brilliant quality, 2 days from ordering to receiving! There was a problem with my order confirmation but Customer Service resolved it promptly and are really friendly. The lovely items have really cheered me up during all this and, honestly, it's worth ordering just for the pretty box :)

Outstanding clothes and customer service!!
I ordered two skirts and three tops a couple Friday’s ago, I understood shipping would be delayed because of COVID-19 so I wasn’t worried. I hadn’t got any additional information about shipping so I was worried I spent money on a scam. I emailed them and they responded back within four hours. They were super nice and understanding and sent me a link that told me exactly where my package was! My package came two days early and clothes were beautiful! They fit perfectly and made great material. They looked even better than on the website! I definitely will be shopping there again. This company has beautiful clothes and high costumer service.

Happy customer
I made my first order with Harkel last weekend after discovering their website on Facebook.
There was a small error in my order because of an incorrect label and the customer service to rectify this has been some of the best service I’ve ever had.
Delivery has been super speedy and communication has been fast and friendly.
The dress I received is well sized, matches the photos perfectly and is of lovely quality.
I will be shopping with Harkel again and will be recommending them to friends.

I would go one size up when selecting your clothes, but maybe the Dutch standard is different.
I was missing the communication about shipping and had no clue when my order was shipped not would arrive.

Loved my clothes!

Beautiful clothes and excellent customer service!
The clothes are absolutely beautiful! I had a prolonged issue with the courier getting my order delivered, but the customer service team were amazing. Sarah was so helpful and arranged for me to have next day delivery in the end, which was great. I'll definitely order again!
