Wish I had purchased more dresses! They arrived promptly and very well packed! ( loved the small details like the box they came in!) I picked the dresses after measuring myself,I'd say I'm between sizes 10 and 12, and height is 5 ft 8, depending on the dresses style depends on what size I go for (I.e button top, high top prefer extra bust space so size 12a etc) . They all fitted beautifully, the weight of the fabric was great, length was fantastic - I'm about to hit 30 and I prefer dresses with a little length and warmth! The ones I picked can easily be day and accessorised into night ( which is fantastic and exactly what I'm looking for!) Wanted to put a second order in (my first order I was worried as it was a link from Facebook but turned out fantastic!) however my dress sizes have sold out so fast! So will check again later in the year ( I have my eye on some of the adorable cardigans!!)

The customer service is outstanding, I had one minor issue what was resolved the same day! So I would say contact the team with any issues and it'll be sorted ASAP!

Moving forward I'd love to see some tights or socks - or directions of where the models got their tights in the descriptions!

Thank you to this company for making me feel great in my own skin again and knowing there's some good dresses that aren't gonna to flash my undercrackers in the wind!

Bought the Take me to the stars skirt as a New Year back to work (ha!) treat and it’s so beautiful. Feel great, such a lovely fit and feel and it has POCKETS! Arrived fast in recycled packaging, really happy with quality and customer service. Love the brand!

I found Harkel through a colleague and I was so happily surprised at the size options, the flattering and quirky styles not to mention their frequent and very generous offers. I now have a wardrobe full of gorgeous quality extremely flattering dresses that I think I got for a steal.

Returns are free, due to covid it's a small delay in getting your money back but that's totally understandable as they have to keep their staff safe.

Did I mention the boxes? I only got one and that's when I ordered four items but it's now the box we will keep our special Christmas ornaments in after New year's 😍

I'm female, 5'11 and a size 18-20 I usually order 20 or 22 in Harkel as it's nearly 100% cotton so less give. Give them a try, I promise you'll feel like a goddess!

I ordered about a week or so before Christmas, expecting to have to wait ages to receive my dresses. They arrived promptly the next day, fit perfectly and excellent quality! Absolutely brilliant company, and I highly recommend!

Wore a beautiful dress in the sale. I paid £24 but should of been £48
I was appalled at the quality. It wasn't worth £10
Id rather paid a little more for a better quality zip.
It ripped within 2 hrs. The dress is lovely to look at but very poor quality
However the customer service was faultless.

I fell in-love with the Treat-Yourself-Shelf-Dress and decided to take a risk (I discovered Harkel clothing on Facebook & I had low expectations because Facebook is constantly recommending scam sites). But! The dress literally arrived flawlessly the next day! And its stunning and fits me perfectly. I ordered more and got my friends and family to check it out and they fell in-love too. The clothes are just so cheerful and bright and beautiful and fit! I also contacted their 'help' because of a mistake that I had made and they were so quick and kind. Harkel is amazing and my new favourite shop.

I've only recently discovered Harkel but they're amazing!! I can't reccomend enough. The clothes are such beautiful quality, so colourful and unique. The customer service is excellent & I was so impressed with the speed of delivery. I've bought a number of dresses and they're all stunning. I will definitely be buying more from Harkel in the near future!

I don't often leave reviews but Harkel really deserve it. I love vintage clothing but often find it too "costume-y" for every day. Harkel clothes let me express myself with fun colours and prints in flattering vintage shapes. When an enormous box arrived on my doorstep I genuinely squealed with joy, the packaging is so pretty. I tried everything on and was so thrilled I ordered 3 more dresses that night.

I returned some alternative sizes and the process was fast and easy. I have 3 dresses I wear every week in my wardrobe and they haven't faded or bobbled or stretched after 2 months of frequent wear and washing. I can't fault Harkel. You have a fan for life here, keep doing what you're doing!

I just received my 2 dresses from harkel clothing and I am so impressed. I got them because there was a discount code and I loved the unique styles. The quality is very good fabric, my only criticism is that I got the black star party dress and the zip is a nightmare, I kinda have to half do it up and then struggle in and then fully do the rest up because it gets stuck half way if not. So no quick getting ready with that one. However, love them and will for sure, buy again!!!

I bought two dresses to wear to school (11-18 English teacher) and I absolutely love them, as do the kids and other teachers. Everyone comments on my 'fun' clothes and my year 7 form adore the days when I come in wearing my space whales. I particularly like the fact that they're really comfortable and practical to wear, so it isn't style over substance: they have pockets, they don't itch or encourage sweat like heavier materials, and they're not at all see-through. I bought both dresses for half price in a black Friday sale but they really would have been worth the full price.

Honestly, there is nothing negative I could say about this company. Fantastic selection of clothes which are reasonably priced and really good quality. You can return items for up to 90days if they don't fit (and you're forgetful like myself). If you have any queries about sizing, they are always open for messaging on facebook and will always get back to you.
If you do have any problems with any garments, they will also sort those out for you.
I have ordered one knitted dress, two jumpers and a blouse from them. I am just about to place an order for a couple more dresses too!

Update: I bought three, really had to hold myself back!

I abolsutely love this site. Excellent quality, beautiful designs, quick delivery. Couldn't fault it.

I decided to buy a top and a skirt from Harkel. In the end I got the right sizes and the clothes look amazing and I'm super happy with them.

I used the size guides to measure what I would need. For the top this was one size up from what I normally wear, and this actually fits well.

However, if I followed the size guide for the skirt, I had to buy two sizes up from my normal size. I measured a couple times to make super sure, and even had someone else check, but this was definetely right. However, when my skirt came in (in the measured size) it was WAY too big. It almost just didn't stay on my hips when the zip was done up.

When I went to order the skirt in a size down, it was no longer on sale (it was 50% off before), but I could've ordered it in two sizes and returned one of them of course.

The return process of the skirt that was too big could have been easier, but it's not something I would worry about in the future. There is also a 90 day returns policy.

If buying from Harkel and you're not sure about the size (even after measuring), I would recommend to order in some different sizes and return the ones that don't fit. If you like the look of the clothes, I would definitely recommend.

I LOVE HARKEL! I have had five orders over the last few months, all delivered in good time and packed in a nice box. Returns are really easy and every interaction I’ve had with them has been so positive. The clothes are of excellent quality with fun designs. As others have mentioned, the sizing can be a bit hit and miss. I am a steady 14 but find 16 a bit more comfortable for fitted Harkel items. I’m all set up for winter now. I can’t wait to see the new spring clothes!

Came across the website through a FB ad and so glad I did. The clothes are really fun and quirky so things seem to sell out quickly, because of this I took a chance and ordered 2 items in a size down (a 16 to my usual 18), a knit dress which fit absolutely perfectly a jersey top that was a great fit up top but unfortunately was a weird short length.
The bigger issue was with the skirt, I am usually a size 18 and ordered in my size but there was no way it was even close to doing it up. I would probably need to order a size 22 for a good fit and I just can't bring myself to do it (Harkel numbers are important to us ladies 😊) this could probably be solved by a little elastication at the back. The skirt however was utterly gorgeous and it had the bonus of pockets too!
Despite some sizing issues I will definitely be ordering again 😁

I recently purchased two items with Harkel (a 'swanning around' jumper and 'an apple a day' blouse).

In the beginning I was apprehensive when I found out they deliver via Hermes (after I already clicked the order button) as I previously had a bad experience with Hermes with another larger fashion online retailer - (long story short I never received the dress from said retailer and it was a really frustrating process to endure).

After sending Harkel an email about how concerned I was about Hermes due to a previous bad experience, Ellen communicated to Hermes with strict instructions to pre empt the same thing happening. She responded promptly and was very understanding. Her warm tone made me feel at ease as well as her desire to get things done. Ellen is really good at what she does :)

Well the delivery came through a success! It arrived quicker than I expected. The Hermes delivery man rang my doorbell like 3-4 times :)) (previous experience - no door bell ringing at all! ) I was very relieved and pleased!

I also love my two items!

I experienced an issue with my order and emailed the Harkel team for assistance. I was put in contact with a wonderful lady called Ellen who was helpful, polite and patient. Nothing was too much hassle- she is a true asset to the Harkel company.

Harkel sell beautiful clothes, but it is because of their amazing customer service that I will definitely be shopping with them again (and recommending to others)! Really impressed.

Such personal, attentive service, with great communication. I am really impressed.

Was a gorgeous dress. Perfect quality and looked exactly like the design on the model. I paid extra for next day delivery and it did arrive the next day. Sadly even though I went for a bigger size than usual I still couldn't get it zipped up so had to send it back
