Very thorough assessment. I felt like finally a medical professional was actually listening and understood my experiences, concerns and struggles and was able to advise me on the best course of action to meet my needs.

I had my ASD assessment with Dr. Fernando. He made me feel so comfortable and took his time explaining everything. The receptionists and admin team have been wonderful to communicate with, and have been very patient and understanding with all of my questions. I highly recommend this clinic and will be using them for future assessments.

I saw Dr Farley yesterday for an Autism assessment and I was so anxious about it because I didn't have much luck with the NHS. But after talking to him about my problems and how I've gone so long ( since childhood) without any help he made me feel more relaxed. He agreed that I do indeed have ASD and that I may also have ADHD. It was such a relief because I've felt I may be on the spectrum for a long time but for some reason women and girls are always so overlooked with these conditions. I was surprised about the possibility of ADHD but will pursue an assessment for this as well. I would of given 5 stars but because I have to pay full price for the other assessment I've given 4 stars because the doctor strongly alluded that I do have ADHD but could not give me a dual diagnosis. Oh well that's private clinics for ya.

The psychiatrist who completed my assessment “Gilbert” was kind, understanding, professional, clear and happy to answer my questions.
Having an ADHD assessment is scarey but he made it calming and compassionate

They seemed professional in beginning but I was completely lied to about extra charges for services. Originally told I had to make “One off” payment for diagnosing and first prescription. And then would only have to pay for two repeat prescriptions until my nhs Dr took over. Had to pay for first prescription and now they want more money to continue with prescribing. Absolutely devastated as I cannot afford it. Sent many emails requesting a phone call to explain why this has happened and all I get in return is an email asking for more money. ☹️ Very upset and struggling with the hole situation.

The online session with Dr Shankar was very helpful, though ideally I’d preferred a face-to-face meeting, at least for the first few sessions.

On the other hand, I’m still waiting to be contacted by the pharmacist for the prescribed medications after more than a week, despite multiple inquiries I made over the phone and via email - all of which I find unacceptable.

Organised, professional and easy-to-understand process with sympathetic doctors and the all-important meeting reminders sent!

I had an assesment with DR hareem siddiqui, who was a lovely dr. She took the time to really listen to me, didn’t rush or belittle me in anyway when struggling to communicate my issues. She was very thorough & gave me lots of time & some feedback & tried to explained reasons for my struggles & options to help myself further. I was glad to have such an understanding DR. Thank you.

Fabulous service with very professional Dr’s. They listened intently and answered certain questions I’ve had for years. At last I have closure on a condition that many friends and family advised me to look into a long time ago.

The doctor was kind and patient. She asked sensible questions and was able to engage with my daughter while also allowing her the space to feel comfortable.

I had originally given this company a 5 star review as Dr Farhana Ahmed was brilliant, made the process undaunting and treated my son with kindness and warmth. I was delighted with the process. Making appointments was also easy, however, I have had to review my rating because the reports promised have not been forthcoming. I know they have been written by the Doctor but they are with the admin team for checking and at 5 weeks post confirmation of diagnosis I still have not received it. The cost of the assessment is not inconsiderable and I would have expected a much speedier turnaround as the website suggests I should have expected 2 weeks, although it says dealys are possible. I think 5 weeks is pushing it particularly as there was no doubt about the diagnosis. My chase ups are met with a vague 'it is being worked on'. It is a shame as this has let the whole process down.

I found my first assessment very difficult and was in an anxious state afterwards. Luckily I had a therapy session booked immediately after but otherwise I would have had a bad day for anxiety, so perhaps you could think about how to support other people going through this in future. I also didn't complete three of the many questionnaires/forms because I hadn't read the email properly, and so the appointment had to be rescheduled. I accept this is entirely my fault, or a fault of my condition, though I hadn't seen or responded to any of the reminder emails, and a phone call from the admin team would have been very helpful.

They have been so kind and understanding. They treated me like a human being and I felt like they really listened to me and validated my experience of how difficult it’s been to live with undiagnosed ADHD up until now for my adult life and the things I’m really struggling with in daily life. They diagnosed me and were kind and supportive when I said I felt sad about it. I am so grateful and the psychiatrist helped me feel optimistic that starting medication might really improve my quality of life and things might finally start to be bearable and more manageable for me on a daily basis. Thank you so so much, I really appreciate how kind and patiently I was listened to and spoken to.

I recently underwent an adult autism assessment and found it a thorough and comprehensive experience. The staff, both clinical and non-clinical, were knowledgeable, empathetic and provided superb support and communication leading up to and through my evaluation. Overall, this created a comfortable environment that allowed me to express myself openly, which was crucial for an accurate assessment. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking an assessment and follow on support.

Very apprehensive about having an adhd assessment, but this company put my mind at ease and really helped me get started with the initial bits and pieces, very helpful and put my mind at ease . The assessors were so lovely and didn’t talk down to me like previous experiences with the nhs. Didn’t make me feel stupid like I knew nothing about my self and symptoms.. my worries were for nothing. Very quick and easy access to appointments . Feel so relieved for the first time in my life and that I’m being heard . Great people and highly recommend

The Doctor helped to make me feel safe and calm whilst explaining the issues i face. It was the first open conversation about this that left me feeling valid, and like a human being. Friendly, supportive, encouraging and professional, i look forward to further interaction with the Company.
