The appointment itself was fine, but I was told it will take around 3 weeks to receive my custom ear plugs. It’s now been over 4 weeks and I haven’t heard anything about delivery. I have tried to contact them but heard nothing back. Currently feeling quite frustrated that their communication post appointment has been incredibly poor.

**updated in response to reply: I was quoted 3-4 weeks as I specifically asked whether they would arrive in time for a concert I was due to attend. But I'm happy to hear they'll be arriving soon.

Wow ! Not a nice series of tests but what an amazing lady !! 100 out of 100 to Roisin ! Well done ! For a very nervous patient with severe dizziness I became upset and panicky .. without Roisin’s skills both clinically and psychologically I would no way have completed these tests .Roisin is calming caring patient gentle and very kind .Im sorry I was such a nightmare … many many thanks to this wonderful lady !

One of my ears had become completely blocked with earwax, which had reduced my hearing considerably from that side. I tried using Earol for five days, but unfortunately, I was unable to clear the blockage. I did some research online and found Harley Street Hearing, which had a lot of positive reviews. I contacted them and was able to book an appointment on the same day.

The consultation and microsuction treatment only took a few minutes because I had been using Earol prior to soften the wax, which they recommended anyway. The earwax was removed, and my hearing returned to normal. The treatment was painless, so now I know where to go if I ever have this type of issue again.

Excellent all round - the whole experience, from booking to consultation and aftercare, is efficient, friendly and effective.

I lost my hearing aids and Harley Street Hearing were able to get me a replacement pair straight away. They listened to my needs and let me trial the first pair. I returned for a smaller, rechargeable hearing aid that is now perfect.

I had a consultation for my tinnitus with Romy on 12th May. I was hugely impressed by the whole experience. Romy asked me a number of questions about my symptoms/history and I felt she was extremely thorough and empathetic. In addition to her questions Romy undertook a number of hearing tests and fully explained the results in a way I could understand. Romy is both personable and professional in her approach. A care path was suggested without any pressure, I feel well looked after and listened to. An excellent service all round and I cannot thank you enough.

I’ve learned so much about my hearing and the condition of my ears from my team at Harley Street, and for the first time in years I feel like I can navigate my hearing loss with confidence. Romy has been a particularly thoughtful and reassuring presence. The clinic is a calm and friendly environment, and the staff are always extremely helpful.
