Absolute rubbish. The dress is cheap material which hasn't been stitch properly so won't fit. The dress does not look like the picture on the website and when I wanted to return it I'm told it has to go to China and shipping might be more than I paid!
Do not buy from them.

Absolute shit , bought a couple of dresses for my wife ,what a mistake ,material rubbish patterns don't even line up sizes are not right .Should of looked for reviews but didn't, the company says in England that's a lie, it's from China, so please don't buy from this company .

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Horrible dress.

The material is cheap, the neckline too high, horrible elastic around the waist.

It seemed completely different to the dress I ordered. As it says ‘London’ I thought the dress would be made here in the UK but actually made in China so it took almost two weeks to arrive. When I asked about returns, I was told I would have to pay to return it so it’s not worth my time and effort.

Oh and it must be a fake trust pilot score on the site.

I haven't even recived my dresses yet but I wish that i had been more diligent with my research as I am already very annoyed with this company and if I had read what other peiple have said I would never have ordered from them. On their website they say "*Refined British Elegance – Established in London" so when I accessed my tracking and discovered that they were coming from overseas I was very cross as. this is not mentioned anywhere on their website. I contacted them but they have not answered my questions about why I am waiting so long for delivery and where are my dresses coming from.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering from these people (advertised on Facebook). The dress I ordered does not fit (16 - 18, I am 18, squeezed my assets so flat I could not breath). The neckline is too high, not as advertised. The fabric is close to shower curtain material. Offered 20% back and keep dress or return, at my expense, to China. Yes, China. This is where they are based. Not London, not UK. Do not buy, cheap nasty and disreputable company

Edit: this is the address they want you to post items back to - Dayone Warehouse, Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou Qu - if you google it you will see all the websites/people that have had problems with them.

Please avoid at all costs. Ordered some dresses from this website which firstly took much longer than anticipated to arrive. On arrival the fitting was awful and I requested to return them to which I was told their base is in China and I would be liable for the return costs (which were more than the dresses were worth!) or they would ship out new dresses of the correct size for a FURTHER shipping fee which I would need to pay. This company operates in a deceitful and immoral manner, branding itself as London/UK based company but fails to mention their hub is in China on their website and that the customer should expect hefty return fees if they don't wish to keep an item. I will be taking matters further as it appears they have been deceitful with all of their customers which explains their horrific Trustpilot rating. Please AVOID at all costs and take your business anywhere else but here!

The dress I bought is badly made of cheap fabric. The refund policy demands paying more than the dress is worth to return to China, The only alternative is to keep the dress and have a 30 percent refund. The emails ‘reaching out’ to me pretend to be concerned about giving good service and my satisfaction. I was not satisfied at all. The company is a scam. Avoid them. I wish I had read these reviews before getting involved and wasting my money.

I am so sorry everyone else has not had good experience but I have been very pleased with my purchase. I did think it was a British firm but found out later it wasn't, so my dress took about a week longer to come. I, by mistake ordered two dresses but emailed the firm straightaway and they immediately refunded the money to my bank for the second unwanted dress. My dress 12/14 fits me perfectly as a 14 and it is lovely silky flowing material perfect for this hot weather and the colours are much admired everywhere I go

I could have made this dress more superior myself and I only just know how to switch on a sewing machine!
The materials are cheap polyester. The garment description on the website says cotton blend! You couldn't get further from cotton! The stitching looks like it was done by a toddler, in fact a toddler would have made a better job. It certainly is not worth £40! The return to China from the UK will cost anything up £42!
This 'company' and I use the word very loosely is a total rip-off.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.
Hopefully my local charity shop will be able to make a couple of quid from this dress!

After almost 8 weeks waiting for a dress for my daughter’s graduation to arrive, I was extremely disappointed. The reason it didn’t fit wasn’t because it was the wrong size, it was that the dress wasn’t made properly. The stitching wasn’t straight or consistent, leaving gatherings of material in certain areas making it look “ill fitting”, making the dress anything but elegant, if anything it looked badly made and cheap.

When I asked for a refund, I would have to cover the delivery charges to return the dress to Chine with the cost between £16 and £42 which I was not willing to pay. Instead then they offered me a replacement dress and for me to cover the delivery charges, £6.

It’s a total ripoff! I shall be left out of pocket but I will never buy from this site ever again.

They deserve 0 star. A total scam, you think you are buying from UK company and very poor quality goods arrive. They then say return to China at high postage cost for a refund or offer a partial refund to keep them. I ordered 2 dresses not fit to wear. I was lucky that I paid using PayPal and eventually got a full refund from them.

DO NOT BUY - this is not based in London. Clothes are awful and shoes sent the wrong size. It’s a total scam and is basically TEMU - in fact worse.

Like everybody, I order items. On arrival they are cheap and nasty. When I wanted to return them they tell me about warehouse in China and its expensive to return. I've given up hope of getting a refund. Just stay away from the site, total scam and I fell for it unfortunately.
