Clothes are cheap and nasty. Shipped from China. Return to China at great expense. Website domain only recently setup despite website claims. Support email response good but would not refund in full. Will be reporting to Shopify and Trading Standards.

Yet another fake site based in China, pretending to be based in London and advertising on Facebook using ai photographs. Reported to fb and meta has not removed the site or many others using the 'London' theme. You have been warned.

PLEASE do not buy from this Company! I have just paid £50 for two items that are appalling quality. I contacted their customer service team for a refund only to be told that their warehouse is based in China. Their return policy states that the customer has to cover the cost of returns but nothing about sending them to China. I have reluctantly accepted a 20% refund and thrown the items in the bin. I’m too embarrassed to even sell them on Vinted. Very misleading advertising - disgraceful!

The company are in China, so refund is not free as you have to pay postage and packaging. Don’t be fooled by their misadvertising, no London shop. It’s a scam. Do not buy from them. I am returning items at great expense. Not sure I’ll get my money back. Clothes are expensive and awful material. Do Not Buy from this shop.

This company is a front for a chinese clothes shop, although quoting on its website that its 'rooted in the heart of london'. The dresses cost about £55 and arrived 18 days after ordering, all the way from China. The photographs depicted very different quality of the dresses that came and were made out of cheap sweat making material. Now on wanting to return the items, they say that I am responsible for all costs involved to send them back to china and 'return at Customer’s Risk – Customers assume full responsibility for the return shipment. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Returns held by customs are also beyond our responsibility'. They then offer 20% price return, instead of the hassle of sending back, so i would effectively just lose £44! This is absolutley shocking and I have literally been scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Total scam, not London based at all. Dress arrived eventually, bore no resemblance to the one I ordered. Shabby poor quality and didn't fit. Asked for return information, have had no reply. This site needs removing from facebook.

These people are scammers!!! They need to be taken off Facebook before anyone else loses money. Harrington and Hale shop does not exist in London, the picture is made up. Awful experience. Just look at the reviews. Can’t believe there are no fake good reviews? As these kind of people usually leave no stone unturned. They are not registered at companies house so dodging taxes obviously which ruins our economy….Tip! CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE PARTING WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH !!!!

Waited for 14 days. Had to keep chasing them. When parcel did arrive I just looked at the articles I had purchased to compare to those portrayed on website. To say total rip off is an understatement. Shabby, poor quality and nothing like those advertised. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Do not order from this company if you are expecting fast delivery, clothes that actually look like the ones advertised and made very poorly. RIP OFF!

Should be zero star. Also trade as Harrison and Hayes. Clever marketing as the websites lead you to believe they are quality suppliers from the UK. Sizing is not to UK sizes and falls significantly short. Quality doesn’t feature in their fabric as stated by others. They adamantly refuse to accept returns to the UK and will not offer full refunds without return to China, even though the sizes are not as advertised. After initial contact their customer service is outsourced to a platform which just repeats a script!

They advertise on Facebook that they are a London based company when I received the tracking number did I realise it was coming from CHINA, I only bought from them thinking the quality would be good but after receiving the dress after weeks of waiting I received the dress, it was awful made of polyester /nylon, I got in touch with them the same day as I received it for the return address, they have offered me 10% refund if I keep the dress why would I want to keep a dress that is appalling

Fallen foul of these SCAMMERS. They use aliases aswell so be careful.

This company are scammers. Do not touch. Purchased a so called half price dress when it arrived it was nothing like the dress I thought I was buying. Dreadful quality. Made in a sweat shop in 2 minutes my guess. To return it needs to go back to China. Not paying more than the dress cost to return. Please do not use.
It really is not even worth one star.
