What a great idea to have one in my local Tesco much better than the Tesco cafe

Always freezing cold in the Crouch End store, staff say they have to have the aircon on for air circulation - dont know why it has to be so cold though...

I recently used Harris & Hoole, Tesco, at Holmbush, W. Sussex. I was served by Anna. She was exceptionally pleasant, very professional and very much a ' people's person'. A huge asset to Harris & Hoole !

My wife and I go into the Buckingham branch every day for out coffee fix. The coffee is the best in the UK, the staff are always friendly and helpful. We look forward to Lockdown ending so we will be allowed to sit down inside and spend longer there. Keep up the good work guys.

Make a lovely coffee. Food is pricey but don't usually visit for that

I visited the Tesco/Harris & Hoole Southend coffee shop at lunchtime today and ordered a coffee, a tea, a scone and a cake. While paying the waitress, she walked away from us to deal with someone else without saying anything to us. When she returned, I paid her and I asked her for 2 knives which she got from a container behind the counter and on her way back to me, she wiped them on her pinafore. One of the knives was dirty so I asked for it to be changed. A number of the tables were not cleared and parts of the floor were dirty with spilt food and, although there were no customers at this stage, there was no attempt to clear up. The 3 staff members were too busy talking to each other. When our drinks were ready, I was called over to collect them from the counter and I was given cups without saucers. I had to ask for serviettes as they were not handed out and I asked for spoons and I was directed to 3 spoons standing in a glass of water and I was told that they were clean. Within a few minutes of sitting down, music was turned on and played loudly. It seemed to me that the staff had very little regard for their customers and they do Tesco's or their own reputation no good whatsoever.

Best tasting chain store coffee, very smooth lattes. Staff also very friendly.

Could be 5 stars if stores were a little cleaner. Floor often filled with leftover crumbs and tables empty but still occupied with leftover cups and tables could do with a wipe. Would still recommend over other chain stores based on the taste of coffee though.

Poor recruitment & customer service, After attempting to gain recruitment 3 times now - there do not contact you - they just don't speak or talk to you, its like everybody elde in the UK today, they talk into mobiles etc - I've attempted to email, phone - I've even gone into the Hemel branch & asked to speak to the amnager as I want to work for them, but after this recent bout I've come to the conclusion they are nothing but over rated arrogant rude pigs.

Yep I said it - so sue me for speaking the truth oh your coffee isn't that good compared to starbucks etc either.

They have pleasant coffees and also tend to be in tranquil places for getting on with work. Disappointed that some branches have closed post-Covid.

I go to H&H Crouch End. Their staff are lovely and the coffee is good. It's always a nice place to go by yourself or with company.

Also, the app is great - it connects to your debit card so you don't have to pre-load money onto it (much better than the systems used by some other coffee chains...). And you get a free drink every 7th coffee.

Great Coffee! Service is always good, nice food selection. Really enjoy visiting their shops, which I had one more local.

Best coffee in UK. I always choose H+H over ANY other coffee places, even if H+H is further away.. Staff is always nice, remembers your name and regular choice.. Just great experience.. Well done
