Worst cup of coffee I've ever had. Tasted stale and was luke warm.

Incredible! Finally tasty fresh food at an airport and not ripped off. The perfect poached egg on beautifully fresh sourdough toast & butter. My husband had pain au raisin and a warmed cheese scone, so fresh and tasty, delicious coffee, total bill only £11.60!! Absolute bargain and staff were courteous and jolly. Well done Harris & Hoole you smashed it.

Fantastic coffee served by two very jovial members of staff lily and lauren made it an enjoyable experience i would highly recommend this Farngam coffee shop.

Bought a chicken and bacon baguette for lunch with some kettle chips,very expensive hardly any filling and wilted spinach inside, very unpleasant. The crisps were soft too. Also was going to buy a scone but there were flies crawling over them so put me off!! Won't be going again....this was in a new one in Farnham..

Lovely coffee shop!! I come here all the time, my regular coffee place in Amersham! Sam was super friendly and drinks were fab!

Far too expensive 2 cups of latte coffees medium £8 shock

Occasionally visit one in Tesco Broadbridge Heath W Sussex. Coffee ok but always takes ages to make. One in Tesco Chichester made quite quickly .

Very unsatisfactory. After only being open for 1 month place was filthy! Did clean up their act recently but went in today & ordered hot drink & food. Was sitting upstairs & they never brought it up. Just called my name & had to carry tray up myself. Have arthritis in neck & wrists. Few minutes later brought similar order up for another customer. Not pleased! Doubt I’ll go in again.

Great staff; friendly and polite. The microwaved food is expensive and rubbery, coffee is poor.. Not the fault of the staff. Well designed and attractive seating, if more investment had gone into the food offering and less on the aesthetic this could be a great little cafe.

Worst porridge I have ever had - just hot milk with uncooked oats. Pretty unpalatable.

Wed morning Tesco Buckingham. Courteous service, still a disappointing experience;
Asking for a small black coffee, less water, please... Got a full cup full.... - pouring some away wasn't the idea I had in mind.
Fruit scone tasted stale. I did not want a microwaved one; perhaps I got it wrong.
Not for me to suggest where H&H might improve.

Expensive as it all lacked quality.

Visited H & H in Aylesbury tesco on Sat 21st Jan. Took approx 5mins before the women behind the counter even acknowledged me despite there being no queue. Only word she spoke was 'name.' Coffee was ok, no glass or straw offered with cold drink so my companion drunk it from the bottle. No receipt provided. Food never arrived, despite others getting served who ordered after us. Pack up to leave and asked the barrista for a refund, she looked at the order on the till and explained both her and the woman who failed to heat the food, were new and neither knew how to give refunds. Barrista extremely apologetic and eventually went to the back and found some cash. I only accepted this after she reassured me it wasn't her own. She could not have been lovelier. The lady taking the order and making the food was not. She never apologised, never bothered to help resolve the issue and just wondered round looking irritated and bored. A tale of 2 polar opposite examples of customer service. I was left feeling that ultimately it was a management issue, 1 for employing someone who would have been happier sticking pins in her eyes and 2 for leaving inexperienced staff on their own.

I payed a visit to H and H at Tesco Aylesbury. I ordered ‘Posh Beans on Toast with an Extra Poached Egg (Well Done/Hard Yolk).
Beans were cold and the yolk in the poached egg was runny.

Disappointing to say the least. That was my first and last visit.

Harris + Hoole at Stansted airport are best avoided. Rude and unpleasant staff that talk about you behind your back, if you dare query your order. Substandard sickly sweet iced coffee’s, and even more mediocre cappuccinos. Do yourself a favour, walk past them, and get decent service in the main eating/waiting area. They may have a prime position, but they are very far from being prime

Staff at Burgess Hill always friendly (especially Holly!), remember my favourite drink, go the extra mile. Best coffee in town.

We sat down and ordered a soup and it came with a bread roll and my kids ate the bread roll and we asked for another one and they said we have to check with are manager so the manager came out and said no so we said we will buy one and they said you can’t do that it was ridiculous

Travelled all the way to H&H at Tesco Ashenden Road for my daily capacchino only to find H&H DESERTED. Exactly the same yesterday. As usual NO adherence to their published business hours (as shown on their website) and NO notice of any impending shutdowns. Such utter contempt and disdain by H&H management towards customers is beyond belief. So DISAPPOINTING 😑

Stansted airport-12/2/2022-two of the friendliest,happy,professional guys serving today.Don’t know their names but a credit to your company.Look after them as they’ll be snapped up by other companies!!

Visited café in the Brooklands Tesco store with husband. Prices average for coffee and the piccolo was nice but range of soft drinks minimal and overpriced. Cleanliness was not great-crumbs all over table we sat at.
