Ellen who was my case handler was brilliant throughout the process. Ellen kept in regular contact throughout and was able to give me great advice and explain things in plain terms for my lack of understanding of the process. I could not recommend Ellen at Harris Fowler Solicitors enough! Very friendly and professional from the offset. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the final outcome that Ellen was able to achieve for me.

Stayed in contact with me throughout my whole claim, which was a long process. Very informative and very polite well mannered staff. Sarah Harding has been an absolute gem in resolving my case, would definitely use again if the need ever arose.

No good. Said 2 and a half years was too long ago. When I have proof of hospital admission an eye witness and various photographic evidence. Useless.

Absolute waste of time .Only looking for the easy picking anything more complex not interested .Very vague & arrogant correspondence when they know they know there not making money from your suffering .
