I started my claim with Harris Fowler, my solicitor Sarah and her secretary Sue in 2017. I had a serious accident in 2016 which nearly ended my life and for many years the trauma I went through following wasn’t taken serious by any caregiver involved.
Sarah has helped in so many more ways than just taking on my case, in court I was able to find out exactly how my accident hadn’t been taken serious and I’ve been able to walk away with my head a bit higher and receive closure from my near death experience.
The case has been so complex with so many possible outlooks of whom was to blame. But I received comfort that my side was given in evidence and I was listened to and respected with compassion.
I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor she worked hard for nearly a decade for the worse night of my life to be taken more serious by the people whom owed me so much more than I received.
I won’t ever be able to thank the team enough for the support I was given throughout this difficult process.
Harris Fowler have been nothing shy of amazing to my family and I.

This wea not due to the way it was handled by HF, but due to the defendants late reply’s & responses My Solicitors Janine East/ Luke Baldwin kept me in the loop with all developments throughout the drawn out case. Rang Harris Fowler in 2020 regarding an injury claim against one of the biggest well known companies around, They agreed to take on the case and won it this year after 3 yrs but all they way through they kept me updated on all correspondence from them to the defendant and vice versa, If there was anything I didn't understand I could phone them up and they would explain it to me, They done all the leg work unlike some other companies out there, Total professionalism from sectaries right through to Solicitors and also a Barrister, I would highly recommend Harris Fowler to anyone because they only have your best interests on there mind when on your case, I would like to say a big thank you to everyone in the Taunton branch for everything you have done for me and my family and also your kind words regarding my Dads health.

Terrible communication threw the home case…… found myself calling for days being told I would be contacted back and never hearing from the case handler for a week or more sometimes ended up settling for an offer just to get it over and done with….. would never use again!!!!!
