The suit it’s self is absolutely stunning! But your sizing system is useless. I needed a 40” jacket and 32” trousers but couldn’t get it because of your 6” sizing policy. For me to have the 40” jacket I would have had to have the 34” trousers and they drowned me. What a way to lose custom.

Was a little apprehensive as my partner was ordering the pale green suit for our wedding and you don't get the usual choice of jacket and seperate trouser size... but it arrived and it was the nicest fitting suit he's had. He usually buys Darcy suits and this one knocked spots off for fitting and quality. Beautiful.

I buy suits regularly. Took me 4 days to get through to these guys on the phone. they have 1 size for jacket, waistcoat and pants. They wont let you choose the size of the waistcoat of pants differently to the jacket. Not very friendly over the phone too.

Quick delivery. Ordered 2 suits to edge my bets with sizing. Sent one back and quick refund.
Cant fault

Overpriced. I think that is how I would summarize this. It was packaged ok, no hanger, just in plastic bag. For the price perhaps it warranted better packaging.

It took very little time to come and it’s a beautiful suit that fits perfectly.

Lovely jacket bought for my son’s birthday. He is quite difficult to please as he obviously has his own style. He absolutely loved it. Very fast delivery. First time I have bought from Harry Brown would highly recommend.

Quality of suit very good. My first suit was to big but I was able to return without any problems.

Sizeist, only sell suits to 1 body type, spent £280 in a suit for them to not accommodate 1 waist size difference. Very poor for the price.

I’m really dissapointed with Harry Brown. We bought a suit online and after trying on it wasn’t the right one, and returned it, within 14 days. Harry Brown have refused the refund due to it being in an “unsaleable condition” by that sent us “proof” of 2-3 hairs on the clothing. Hardly “unsaleable” what do you expect when clothes have been tried on… will be raising a dispute with the credit card company.

I had issues with the return as Royal Mail messed up the collection and I tend to lose the paid money. That's not the merchant's fault directly speaking but 'indirectly' they could orchestrate a smoother and more reliable channel for return.

Update: The issue has been resolved from one of the party's side.

Quality of Product is s excellent. But your delivery (DPD) dropped my package off at another address. Very poor. Got the package in the end.

I love the detail on the suits and the special touches to make them feel unique. High quality and really comfy.

Suits are lovely fits like a glove I've got two suits now and both are the best fitted suits I've ever tried on never owned a suit as never liked the feel n restrictions of a suit as soon as I tried them on I knew they were the ones for me highly recommended and great price 5☆
