Easy to deal with and keeps its promises - recommended

Efficient, friendly and fuss-free was my experience of buying my car recently from Van. He and his colleague Danny were really helpful and the car was extremely well valeted and ready for collection, MOT’d and serviced, as promised. I’d definitely recommend Hartlepool Motor Company.

Van was good to deal with, he communicated really well and is open and straightforward, I was impressed by the quality of the cars on offer, in particular the Land Rover that I was interested in, and we quickly came to agree the deal. The car was prepared really well, and Van arranged for some additional preparation work on two of the wheel rims at my request. The team I spoke to were friendly, both on the phone and upon collection. I have no hesitation in recommending Van and his business.

Van, the owner was very helpful and straight forward, an approach I wish more salesmen would employ, he was reasonable when I made an offer and deal was done in minutes!. The car was delivered at a convenient time for both parties and was at a perfectly reasonable rate. I noticed a very small dent that had not been seen by themselves( i didn't view the car before I bought it). Van was happy for me to have it fixed, paid for it and apologised for it being there in the first place.

Great guy and would happily do business with him again.

Van (the boss) and Steve were very helpful with any info and called back when they said they would. Was impressed with laid back approach and no hassling at all!!! Everything was organised well and kept up to date with process and delivered car to other end of the country at a very reasonable rate compared to some other big branded companies.

Very quick easy no hassle

Hartlepool motor company, what can I say. Just bought another car from a first class garage with knowledgeable and helpful staff. The transition was made with total ease and felt comfortable with no pressure at all. Van was very informative and had all the answers to my questions. Would recommend this garage.

Couldn’t recommend van and his company more, on the first day of inquiring the owner personally rang me and ran through everything and was very informative and helpful. Car has turned up as advertised with no defects, couldn’t ask for more.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I had appointment for Saturday 26/10/24 to go and look at a car and message them to tell them I was definitely coming has I work away and I've just found out the have sold the car didn't have the Decency to message me to tell so I have to look somewhere else now

This is the third car I have bought from HMC and the service was excellent. Van cannot do enough to help make things as smooth and quick as possible. His sales manner is excellent and customer approach exactly what is needed neither pushy nor lax. His staff are also very customer focused yet relaxed and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Bought a Audi q5 from van recently.took a week or so to sort out MOT etc but HMC done work on the car that other garages would of just left .overall pleased with the service .car was detailed for pick up excellent job thanks again

I phoned Hartlepool motors limited because I seen a car they were selling online, so I asked if they still had it and it was the manager van who I spoke to. And because I didn’t have a car to get there he brought the car to show me.
Very friendly service, I was really pleased and they put a full mot and a service car was spotless. They also talked me through everything they have really good service definitely 5 ⭐️ thank you so much van and Dan and the team I am over the moon. Excellent service

Given the keys and left alone to view the car, told to take as long a test drive as I needed. Car serviced including cabin filter and brake fluid changed and receipt from garage provided, a couple of faults identified by servicing garage remedied. Car immaculately presented when promised. Excellent service, will buy from them again

I recently bought a vehicle from Hartlepool Motor Company, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great service, honest and reliable! From organising delivery of the vehicle, to replacing a faulty head unit that arose later on, everything was dealt with perfectly. Van and Danny who I dealt with were both very friendly and a pleasure to speak to every time.
