Without getting into too much detail, the team that inspected the car were punctual, professional and very friendly. After inspection we were offered the agreed selling price and the car was taken away. Fantastic experience
Spotted a car I really wanted at HMC and started chatting with Tim regarding it. The service I received from him was just excellent. Nothing was any trouble and he made myself and my hubby feel very welcome, the whole process from start to finish was exceptional. I sold my car online for the very first time and I was really nervous about the collection and payment side of things. I needn't have worried, Van from Hartlepool Motor Company LTD who bought my car was so helpful, so honest and very informative. He did everything he said he would and then some and he made the whole experience much more pleasant and easy for me.
He arrived bang on time in Liverpool all the way from Hartlepool and both he and the gentleman who accompanied him were very respectful and kind to me and my parents.

Hartlepool Motor Company purchased my vehicle off me. The two gentleman that came to collect my vehicle they were extremely friendly and so lovely to deal with. Brilliant company to do business with remotely. All communication was quick and efficient. They collected me from the station to come and pick up the car and the motor itself was exactly as described - absolutely mint.

Been looking for BMW x3 for a while, just couldn't find the right one with the required spec.
Saw 2 advertised at HMC, so popped in when passing.
Cars that are on the forecourt are mostly prestige and turned out to a very high standard.

Very warm welcome off Van & Tim, very knowledgeable and no hard sell around the cars.
Was given the opportunity to take the car out on a test drive, and I decided I'd like to come back for a further look with my partner.

Same was arranged and Van allowed me to take and test drive at our leisure with no time frame, this in itself is a rarity that allows you to talk amongst yourself without sales personnel being present or any pressure.
On return, we agreed a deal - again, without any hard sell whatsoever.
On collection, Tim went through everything you would need to know about the vehicle.
The sale and collection was all hassle free and a very smooth process.
I would certainly use HMC in the future when I require a change of vehicle and would recommend Hartlepool Motor Company to anyone looking for a high end vehicle.
