I made a purchase over the phone with this company and paid deposit without even seeing the vehicle through images and videos. I must say they work very efficiently, and are a reliable and professional team. They answer questions makes the process very smooth. I am very pleased that I came along and got my vehicle from them it was work driving 4 and half hours to get that car with a amazing professional team that helped us through out the process.

Recently purchased a Land Rover discovery sport from ther extensive quality stock on getting home some 70 miles away we realised satnav not working properly rung and was told just take it to Land Rover for diagnostic work and repair rather than travel all the way back with the car the full cost which was a considerable amount was covered without hesitation by Hartlepool mother company I cannot recommend enough

I bought a BMW 840d in exceptional condition. The presentation of the car was spot on (even in snowy/icy conditions). I was also offered a very good part exchange valuation for my existing car.

I bought a beautiful x4 off HMC in May and I was truly impressed with the level of service I received. No pressure to buy, above average offer for my part exchange and a smooth transaction. In-fact the team bent over backwards to get the car ready for me as I was on a tight schedule.

Once I purchased the car it had one minor issue which needed rectifying but upon speaking to Van and his team the bill was settled without question (and it was outside my warranty). It was a pleasure doing business with this company from start to to finish. If you are looking for a prestige car then look no further.

From the first phone call with Danny and then further calls with Van, the service at Hartlepool Motor Company was fantastic. Following a 3 hour drive I was very pleased to see that my new car looked even better in real life than on the photos. Van let me take my time looking around the car and also taking it out for a drive by myself - no salesman style pressure at all. Danny was also very helpful explaining some of the car features to me. Picked up my new car yesterday finishing off an all-round excellent experience from 1st contact (via Autotrader) to driving home. No offence intended to any car salesmen but Van is not your media portrayed stereotypical one! Not a hint of sales patter, no pressure whatsoever, patient with my endless questions, really friendly and made the whole negotiating process unusually pleasant.
I was happy with the deal we agreed and even happier when I saw the car for real which actually looked better than the photos and description promised. The 200 mile drive back home with a big smiley face said it all.
All their cars looked to be in fantastic condition so, if you're looking for something new, don't hesitate to give these guys a try, I doubt you'll regret it.
