To good to be true, Will be in contact with bank tomorrow for the £60 refund!!! Thank you for all previous reviews🙏 Scamming website, stay away.

Placed an order but didn't get an order confirmation email. Tried to email them today but support address on website not in use. Tried calling the phone number on their website, also no in use. Appears to he a complete scam website. Now in contact with my bank to try and get my money back. I should have known better when the price of the shed they were showing looked too good to be true..

The number on the website is wrong.
I had a purchase garden shed for £140and I didn't receive any confirmation email.

Scam !! Ordered a garden storage box for £69. Four weeks later still not arrived though delivery was stated 2-6 days. Nobody replied to emails or telephone calls. I have reported to my bank who have taken up the dispute. This site needs taking down by Shopify.

Hartool took my online order and payment for £69 for a Store it out Nova outdoor storage unit on 9th April and the money left my account paid to 'Alexau' on 10th April. I emailed Hartool via their given email address raniasinama @outlook.com on 20th April to chase a delivery date then again on 25th April to threaten reporting for fraud but no response has been recieved.
Reported the Hartool advert to Google Trust and Safety Team on 26th April with a link to their current advert for the same item , sponsored by Google Ads but google replied a day later to say they wouldn't be following it up because 'the ad has already been removed (it hasn't google, its still there...)the link to the ad in your report didn't work (It works for me...) or other technical issue....(?......). Thanks Google for nothing.
I've reported the fraud to Santander who say they can refund me via Chargeback so fingers crossed.
I found an identical style advert and same cost on several different websites so always assume these are also scams unless you can prove otherwise.

I paid via credit card thankfully so will hopefully get my money back in a few weeks.
I received no confirmation email of payment or updates on delivery of garden shed I ordered. No response via email etc and payment taken by a completely different company.

Ordered a dishwasher which never arrived. Tried to contact the company with no success. My order is not even showing on Shop anymore. Crooks!

Please do not order and pay for anything from this company as they do not exist. We ordered garden storage, and paid 70 quid and never received it. Tried e mailing phoned and it is not recognised so I'm going to try and get my bank to reclaim my money . Do understand why with all the technology we have that these con artists are still allowed to advertise it's not fair.

Hartool dont exist, they sell things that dont exist from there glitchy website, I bought an outdoor storage box, they took the money but nothing appeared and their website vanished, its now back online, do not but from them.

Haven’t received my order, almost 4 weeks now!
No response from emails, the phone number doesn’t work!
Complete con, they have taken the money and now their website is down!

I have also been scammed by this so called company. I thought I was purchasing a shed for £150 but it hasn’t arrived and I have no hope of it ever being delivered. I used Klarna and the reviews on the site sounded good so I am annoyed that I fell for it as I can’t afford to give money away and my lawnmower and tools are sitting in my garden covered by tarpaulin until I can afford to buy another. Klarna are investigating but I wish I used my credit card as that seems more protected when it comes to things like this.

Do not use this Company it's a scam.Paid for storage unit nothing delivered.emailed them multiple times no reply.Found out Hartool were in Bristol but payment went to Marsaille in France.
Luckily I paid by Credit card and raised a dispute with the bank,and received my payment back

I fell for the shed scam 69 pounds b&q currently have it at 97 pounds go with b&q not these scammers

Usually careful when purchasing on line but I have also been scammed. Paid £250 for a garden shed and was notified via shop it was getting prepared for delivery and then nothing, all information on order deleted.

No delivery of items, no customer service communication only an email address provided. Been ignored, spent £70 and absolute SCAM stay away!!
