scaming website didnt send out my product asked me to download a pointless app that the order would be process on, Preying on easy targets they have even changed their business name in the bank to try to get away with taking peoples money.

Yes same experience. I have not received my garden shed either. And no response from them. I have contacted my bank.

I ordered a garden storage box from them for £70 and didn’t receive it, they don’t answer emails and the phone number is invalid, I’m hoping that my bank will refund me the money, don’t know how they haven’t been shut down after all the reviews I’m reading about them , just wish I’d looked them up before buying

i even had a notification from shop about my purchase that's why I thought it was all ok

Complete scam I fell for it as google offered me same product but cheaper, cannot believe google continue to allow this I guess they get the site Commission had to get bank to re pay me and stop card but the company still got the £99 madness when I notified the bank while it was pending and was told it had to go through before I could raise a claim daft process when they should be able to stop it while pending ! Also called nexivos on internet

I was looking for a wheelie bin storage container, found Hartool online when it came to pay I thought I was using shopify but sadly not. I got a confirmation email from them, but when I tried to check the email address and to go to the shop I couldn't I just got error messages. I've contacted my bank and they say that I have to give them 15 days to see if my order arrives if it doesn't they will then try to get in touch with Hartool and you've guessed it they have 15 days to respond if they don't respond then the bank investigate further,again 15 days, after that if not successful they will refund me. When I checked my payment instead of Hartool it was to someone called Ludiim Gerstein. The Hartool address is a bungalow in Bristol.
What a load of scum they really are.

It’s a scam take your money and can’t get in touch emails are not recieved as the email address does not exist and the contact number is not recognised stay well away from this company!!

SCAM! Ordered a garden storage container for £70. I checked email for delivery date which gave me a order number to check on Shop. That order number doesn't exist. No response from sent emails keep saying failed and phone number doesn't exist. Did a search on address it's a house in residential rd. Bank said I have to wait 15 days before they can do anything. Money already taken from account by a company PIGEASS.

SCAM company do not use . I’ve had to request new debit card . Fake email address on site fake phone number .

Ordered 3 Wheelie bin sheds and have had radio silence for 12 days, Phone number doesn't work and there has been no response to our emails. The payment is processed in France and it also sets up as a recurring payment so please make sure to get in touch with your bank! I also complained to Google as Hartool came up as a Sponsored Product!

Do not buy from this site fraudsters don't deliver just take your money. No response to emails or phone calls as line dead. Ordered a week ago radio silence. Report to trading standards get them taken down. Scam scam scam

Just like to let people know who have had the bad experience with Hartool, I complained to my bank and received a full refund

Ordered item 3rd of March paid for it but so far 15th April no storage box has arrived. Where is my storage box

Ordered a shed without reading the feedbacks on other sites. Do Not Order from this scammers! I sent email, ( address not found), tried to call them, ( phone line is not exis) but no luck. I contacted my bank, but they want to give 30 days for this scammers to deliver my shed or refund me. And during this time,they are happily using my hard earn money.

sent them an email with no response, called them but their phone line is dead. now having to go through to bank to try to get my money back

Scam I never received the item I paid for my bank have been notified.

Ordered a shed 7th April had confirmation kept checking my shop app also.emailed direct.no reply googled now read it as a scam fuming 😤 through klarna raised dispute .BEWARE using the name CBR CONCEPT disputed it with my bank and klarna

I so wish that I had read the reviews on this company before trying to buy from them. Total scammers, I'm angry that they are even aloud to keep trading. I have got my money back through my bank but how many others are still fighting to get funds back. There's alot to be said that if it seems to good to be true then it is from this lot
