Great service
The two guys delivering the sofa were fantastic. Very courteous and pointed out a dent in one armrest that should come out in a few days and if not contact Harvey Norman and it would be replaced. The fully assembled sofa tested it and were so quick. Great to see service like that.

Van came on time and I was able to…
Van came on time and I was able to track their progress on the tracker they put up . The seat was quickly unpacked assembled and checked and they were gone in about ten minutes . A great job with friendly staff.

Great sales woman
Took my elderly widowed aunt to Harvey Normans on Voucher Road Belfast to buy a new bed. She's really indecisive. The sales woman Theresa was brilliant. Not pushy at all but really got to the point of what my aunt needed and put together a package for her without fuss. Thank you Theresa

Fuss free delivery
The two young guys were very friendly. The chest of drawers they delivered was very large and heavy, they carried it up stairs with no problem or fuss, plus no walls were scraped in the process.

10 out of 10 service for Everything from Belfast store
Excellent experience shopping with HN. In store service following my online order, follow up communication, adding on items and delivery all with Andrew who is a credit to your team. Also and excellent service at delivery. Two very helpful and friendly delivery men who kindly offered to carry the furniture upstairs for me, despite it being 6.30 on a very sunny Friday evening when I'm sure they would have loved to drop and run. It didn't occur to me that they would do this and I was so appreciative. 10 out of 10 all round.

Had a problem with a two year old sofa
Had a problem with a two year old sofa, it was reported on Saturday collected on Tuesday and delivered back to me repaired on Friday.
Less than a week from start to finish, can’t praise the after care service enough

Drivers were very pleasant and helpful
Drivers were very pleasant and helpful. I live in a confined street and twice they moved the truck to let cars get out of the street and nothing was any trouble to them.
