Conor was excellent, very patient and listening, presented with solutions to our issues. He did not pressurise us. Used his own experience and came across as genuine.

Hassan was absolutely fantastic in ensuring we got our new sofa promptly, and was very helpful when we had concerns about some damage and replaced the sofa quickly. An outstanding manager who has ensured we’ll shop here again!

Great service from Hamza at Gracechurch today. I needed several electrical items for my small business. He listened to my needs and was able to offer several suitable options for each item I was seeking. Prices were competitive and accompanying services were explained clearly. A very happy customer.

I went for a coffee in a local Bakers/Coffeeshop and realised after the machine was a Nespresso.. it was beautiful. I went straight to Harvey Norman to find one for my home. I’d previously had a Siemens coffee maker and was so disappointed it went back. I was so despondent as it cost nearly £1000.
I was greeted by a beautiful woman who really explained the Nespresso brand. I saw one that interested me. A machine made by Sage for Nespresso. I wasn’t sure so she made me a drink from it. It was as beautiful as the coffeeshop I’d been in.
I was sold. Jowlita (assistant) explained all the settings to me and even a fault find - was just a blow through of the pipes with steam. Simple. I could customise the coffee itself, I could customise the milk temperature as I like really hot coffee. All the features that lacked in the Siemens machine I’d returned to another online retailer.
She even gave me a few extra pods of what I’d tried to get me going until my order from Nespresso would arrive if I’d ordered when I got home.
The staff in Harvey Norman even carried the machine to my car for me.
Whilst I was in the store (top floor in Sutton Coldfield branch) every single employee that passed me acknowledged me. They are all so very helpful, friendly and polite. They don’t give you the hard sell either. It’s very clear the staff want you to leave happy with something rather than with regret.

I got the machine home and it didn’t taste like it did in the shop. Thankfully after only two attempts I found my way of doing things. I heat the milk first on the milk setting before actually brewing the coffee. The results were amazing. I’m so so happy with it. I’d been getting a well known brand delivered costing me hundreds a month. Now I have a coffee for less than a pound. The machine will pay for itself in a few months. It’s a win win and one I never thought I’d find.
Thank you so much Jowlita and Harvey Norman is my new ‘go to’ shop for anything in the home. Electrical, white goods, TV’s, IT and kitchen appliances.
If it goes in the home I urge you to check out Harvey Norman in Sutton Coldfield. It’s a beautiful store full of beautiful people. I’m sure you won’t regret it

Terrible service and quality of sofa we purchased is so bad. It moves when you sit on it, its wonky, and it is so uncomfortable. Harvey Norman sent someone out to look at it and he said there was nothing wrong with it. Apparently there are tolerances I should know about.... the man that came to my house was so condescending and basically in not so many words called me a liar and told me nothing he could do.
I've waited 2 months to see if Harvey Norman would contact me to see what options I have , but nothing. The rude man said he would tell them I wasn't happy still. Yet still nothing.
A complete waste of money. We will need to buy another set of sofas and discard these. We bought a 2 and a 3 seater recliner. A complete waste of money and poor service as couldn't even be bothered to rectify the issue
Will not shop in any of their stores again.

I found harvey norman store in Sutton coldfield to be very interesting, the stock was excellent, and the tec for me was super , i purchased a samsung phone with alot of help from Jake ,he was very knowledgeable and helped me chose the phone which suited my needs

Had a lovely experience with Connot today at Harvey Norman in Sutton Coldfield. We were after some pillows. Connot couldn’t have been more helpful.

I met Steve law on my first visit, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I went away to make other enquiries with another white goods store. In the end I returned to Harvey Norman specifically to continue my conversation and exploration with Steven as by now, he had a good grasp of my circumstances and what I was looking forward .
He continued to be gracious, helpful which concluded in me making a purchase.
Had it not been for his invaluable insight and input, I could well have gone elsewhere to make my purchase. Steve, in my opinion, is a positive asset to your high street store.

Don’t bother buying a faulty towel (which frayed after 3 washes) Be warned the customer service is non existent. Not happy with the “service”. ie none

I placed an online order on 12 July, and as of 28 July, I still have not received it. My original order was lost in transit, yet the retailer has failed to send a replacement despite repeated promises and numerous follow-ups.

Resolving this has been incredibly frustrating. I've been passed back and forth between the online customer service team and the Gracechurch store, with neither taking ownership of the issue. No one has been able to explain why a replacement order has still not been dispatched.

The store assured me that a replacement would be shipped on 23 July, but that never happened. Since then, I've sent multiple follow-up messages asking for an update, yet I've received no meaningful response or proactive communication.

The customer service has been extremely poor throughout. Rather than working to resolve the problem, I've been left to chase updates while being bounced between different teams.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this retailer. If anything goes wrong with your order, don't expect anyone to take responsibility or provide a timely resolution. Buyer beware-I would rather pay more and shop with a retailer that values its customers and provides reliable after-sales support.

I went in this store for the first time with a friend. We just wanted a look around and i was also moving house so wanted some ideas for ovens ect. Me and my friend also looked at other things the store had to offer as it was our first time visiting. I thought the shop was great and was planning on coming back to purchase some things. However a member of staff approached us and told us to get out because we hadnt purchased anything yet after been in store for 10 mins. I thought he was joking at first but to my horror he was not. I asked him why and he said we have been here to long (10 mins) and “you pay nothing”. I didnt know looking around a shop now had a time limit. Im 21 not sure if he thought i was a young teen who wasnt going to buy anything but even so ageism is not ok. It was very belittling and im sure he wouldn't of done this to someone he saw as middle aged. I was planning on buying multiple things from here for my new flat. I will not be now disgusting behaviour.
