The product was on site. I paid for it. Because I didn't receive notification to collect, it looked like I had to get a refund and repurchase on site. Waited about 15 minutes and then given product without the mess. Waste of time.

Purchased a laptop with Click and…
Purchased a laptop with Click and Collect from the Blanchardstown shop, because it was showing In Stock and available for collection after 2 hours. Went to the shop the following day where I was told "it was a mistake" and I would have to wait 3-5 days. Ultimately had to go to another shop and waste half a day (and M50 toll) due to sheer incompetence

Replacement of outdated phone
I found it difficult to make contact initially but when I eventually got to speak to Raddick in Blanchardstown he was very helpful and put me in contact with Shelley in your Customer Service who came to an acceptable compromise solution with me.

Attended your blanchardstown branch this morning to buy a new mattress. Lynn was looking after and was amazing I recently had spinal surgery and she helped us purchase a suitable mattress for my back. Her customer service skills were excellent.
