Delivery from 2 days to 6-8 weeks
Bought the mattress in-store and was informed that delivery would be made in 1 or 2 working days, got my delivery scheduled for the 6th of May. For my surprise, on the day before the scheduled date I received a call informing that there was an issue with my order and the mattress wasn't in stock, and my new delivery would happen in 6-8 weeks.

I am disappointed with the product l haw a google eco system in my house. The Tv claim to have Google assistant but the remote has no voice assistant botton and you can't access the assistant only by typing in your instructions

Bed shopping
Went into this branch to find a bed and I have to say I have never gotten such a service anywhere. The young man ( Krishna)that helped us was the must professional, friendly and well mannered salesperson I have ever come across. His knowledge about the products was was top class. We only went to look but ended up buying. I highly recommend going in and ask for this guy. 🙏🏿🙏🏿

I ordered two big kitchen appliances…
I ordered two big kitchen appliances and no one in the shop mentioned installation at payment so when the delivery guys brought the stuff to my house, they just left two huge boxes in my kitchen. I rang Harvey Normans to complain that no one had mentioned installation when I bought the items and I was told that I’d have to pay for installation at that point and wait for an appointment. So I had to pay for my handyman to help me instead.
