One item was delivered wrong ,I asked to change you requested to give back the item (witch I have no problem) and I asked to organise courier for 18:00 when I at home and not at 8:00 in morning when in in work .so I still don't have the item I order .so it's very disappointing experience.

I just Visited Carrickmines having made a stock enquiry on the phone with a very helpful Connor.
Dennis in the Store was very helpful and he passed me over to the Loveky Gayle Who knew all about the Iron and Ironong Board cover that I bought.
When I needed a foam underlay for the Board later I phoned Gayle Who went out of her way to help me and solved the Problem

Click and collect very slow - ordered on a Sunday and notified to collect on the Wednesday - when doing order I confirmed that store had stock so why did it have to come from the depot?

Harvey Norman looked after me in the shop. They couldn't have been more helpful. It was delivered on time and the crew phoned me numerous times to let me know when they would be there. They took away my old sofa and assembled my new one in minutes. I couldn't fault them

Team who came to deliver my bed were…efficient and friendly
Team who came to deliver my bed were efficient and friendly. They arrived on time and even called 10 minutes before they arrived to make sure I was at the house. They put the bed together and spent time explaining everything to me. They were very careful of the walls in my new house which I appreciated. Couldn't fault them and they certainly represented HN very well.

I purchased both a fridge and dryer from Harvey Norman and from the staff in store to the delivery staff, the experience was fantastic.
