Very good customer support, the first kit I got had already been registered to another user but the tech counter (thank you to Henrique) was able to get me another the same day. Product works very well and with minimal setup. Worth checking that you can register the kit on the starlink app against your own email before getting home

Warning: Risk of Losing Your Booking Deposit – Harvey Norman Kinsale Road
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Harvey Norman Bedding Department, Kinsale Road, Cork.We placed an order for bed frames and mattresses worth €3,900 and paid a €350 booking deposit. At the time of purchase, the salesperson did not clearly explain that there was a strict 48‑hour cancellation policy. We were simply given a booklet with the terms and conditions after the payment was made, without any clear verbal explanation about the cancellation deadline.Due to unexpected budget constraints, we returned to the store about two weeks later to cancel the order. We were told that the order could not be cancelled and that we must either proceed with the full purchase or lose the €350 deposit.We politely asked if the store could offer a voucher or store credit for the deposit amount as a goodwill gesture, but this request was also refused.What is particularly disappointing is the lack of transparency at the time of purchase and the unwillingness to find any reasonable solution for the customer afterwards. For a large retailer like Harvey Norman, I expected much better customer service.I hope Harvey Norman management reviews this situation and considers a fair resolution. I would appreciate being contacted to see if this matter can still be resolved.

Poor customer service in the oven…showed no interest in explaining the product. I did not receive proper guidance or information.
Poor customer service in the oven department. The salesman was not helpful in kinsale store.

I went to the store to purchase a house phone for my dad. So this particular one was online only so I said I will go home sure and order it but thanks. I ordered it not knowing or advised it was for someone def I would imagine . Brought it back to the store the man told me its nothing got to do with them its online I had to send it away myself through dpd. I asked why was I not told this he said we dont have to and I said but if they know this they should have said at the time. He said they dont have to know this. It was the whole manner in the way it was dealt with. My dad a pensioner old and now has to pay to send back a phone so we can get the other one and pay for another one . The woman before me had the same issue . I won't be going here again couldn't help me out.
